Could he go to jail if he doesnt pay? Whats the deadline and whats the normal procedure for collecting? Also could the judge refuse the name change until his court costs are paid? @AnOminous ?

Chris has until October 17th to pay. I think he signed an extended plan agreement, which is why he was given a year to pay. If he doesn't, his driver's license gets suspended and a debt collection service gets involved.

Basically no punishment at all, as far as Chris is concerned. He thinks all collectors are the same and there is already rumor of him denting people's cars and driving off so he never really respected the license anyway.

I don't remember anymore. It may have been the same place I read about Chris racially segregating the players as the Pokemon gym leader, which Marvin may say it's unreliable, but I am going to go ahead and believe at least the driving stories because it matches the impassive attitude he has shown when he habitually parks in a judge's parking spot while going to court.

I wonder how a lack of transport and debt collectors breathing down his neck will affect Sonichu Entertainment of America moving forward.

Chris has admitted he accidentally hit a car in a Target parking lot. There's also the story of him going out of his way to run over a snake on the side of the road because, idk, they're scary or some shit. We also have the latest fake girlfriend's account of his driving when she was following him to his house.
