There's a lot of places to put prisoners that otherwise wouldn't survive easily while incarcerated, especially if he ends up with a shorter sentence and isn't sent to a state prison. Some places have entire cell blocks/wings for trannies, gays, old people, etc. I think it's pretty unlikely that Chris will be reenacting any scenes from Oz in the near future.
