Edit: This is news because it's the first time that the VA court system has confirmed that Chris will be treated as a male inmate. We speculated that this would happen, but now it is official.

I would presume we'd hear something by the end of this week or next week at the latest. If not, then they might be waiting on something, like to have Barb checked out to see if she's demented, or to have 14 Branchland Court investigated by a Forensics team, or to have Chris's computer checked out by a Computer Forensics team. Or maybe to have a psyche team check out Chris to see if they need to put him away in the looney bin before trial. Not sure on the timeline of all that, myself.

I do know that Chris is now officially in "the system," and he's not getting out of the system for the rest of his life. This was too public a fuckup, and he's now too obviously fucked in the head.

And if this does end up with a trial, it's going to take a very very long time and I don't see him being allowed out. And based on the limited amount of stuff I know about him, if they do any competency checks before trial, he'll probably fail them which means the trial's on hold while he spends a few years in the looney bin. Him mentioning anything about the Sonichu universe and him being a goddess of some ancient computer system or a dimensional merge or what have you will not go over well if anyone not on the internet hears about it -- and he was already telling the fucking cops about it when he was getting arrested.

Even if there is no trial, or if he gets off or is given a small sentence, he'll be on the radar as a dangerous nutjob. That means they'll be doing sporadic checkups on him and Barb, if Barb isn't in a home herself. Chris's life is never going to be the same again, one way or another, and the poor fucker is probably too self absorbed to realize it.

Either way, it's a safe bet that if anything does happen, there will be a front page announcement from Null.

OK, so I don't care if you faggots believe me or not, and before you ask, there is no recording... I just talked with the Central Regional Jail supervisor after leaving a message yesterday, and asked him some questions about Chris's current status in lockup.

Chris is being held in a COVID isolation unit, which is standard procedure for any new prisoner. He'll be there until he hits day 14 of being admitted, and then after that he'll be classified for housing for the rest of his stay in jail. I did mention to the officer I spoke with that given his crime, it would be unwise to put him in Gen Pop, and the officer said that they evaluate each prisoner on a multitude of factors, including their alleged crime and how it would be viewed by other inmates. So for all of you faggots who thought he would be immediately raped by niggos and shanked by the AB, probably not going to happen.

No bond has been set, the only extant charge at this time is the original incest charge, and from what the officer told me, Chris is alive and well (as well as he can be given the circumstances), and until he hits day 14, no change will be made as to his current incarceration.

You fuckers can call me a ween if you want, but I figured an actual adult should call the jail and be polite and professional, and find out some TRUE and HONEST info about Chris's situation.

So that's that. Any questions, ask away, but be aware that I just told you everything that I know. Have at it...

Probably didn’t get it but doesn’t hurt to ask. Did the officer mention anything about the pending charges or when Chris’ arraignment date is?
