Since Chris has already leaked a bit of it himself in a recent video, I contacted @BMO for her OK to finally let the cat of the bag.

THIS IS RUMOR CONTROL! THESE ARE THE FACTS!

Yes, Chris is planning on attending OmegaCon next month. And yes, as he mentioned in the video, he plans on "doing his thing" there, which a lot of people assume is just him waddling around being his fat autistic self in the dealer's room and hallways.

But what was in the works is to give Chris his own time slot of about 30 minutes early at the con to host his very own Sonichu panel. Imagine it being like the stuff he usually does in his videos, but this time it would be live in front of an audience.

Chris and @BMO have had a few discussions in the past several months where the rules were carefully spelled out to him (nothing gross or sexual in content. No mooch begging. He has to appear at the panel. He has to take questions/comments from the audience about himself and about Sonichu, etc.). I would assume that there would be a moderator to ensure that Chris keeps to his part of the contract, but to also make sure there are no :julay:s making trouble either. This would be the very first time where Chris would not be able to hide in a safe space and shield himself from comments. He will be there to hear every boo, raspberry, LOL, and groan from the crowd.

So yep. That was pretty much it. Fatty is being asked to do a Live performance at a local con. Now, if only there was a Kiwi who was able to bring a camcorder to document this bit of upcoming Christory.

It's going to be boring as fuck. Chris is way too mentally retarded to produce funny live content for 30 minutes.

He can't even do it with Uncharted over a PS4, he will only do worse in front of a live audience.

The leakers have always made it no secret that they had to cut out many hours of content solely on the grounds of them being extremely boring because Chris just takes way too long to think of responses.

I guess it doesn't hurt to try, but the best Omegacon content will be from him waddling around as part of the con, after that little panel of his, probably just like last year. Bless your female soul, @BMO.

I trust they're also prepared to stop people other than Chris from acting like total retards.

30 minutes of everybody asking him ONLY questions about his superior brother the smartest film critic Cole Smithy will probably piss him off enough to produce :briefs:, but anyone dumb enough to shine a spotlight on themselves by asking questions at the panel will not be smart enough to coordinate that.
 
I hope he has a special minder that day that uses plenty of the special retard chemical when he shits his pants to avoid the public from having to smell it, or rather smell it but not the shit.

The way to keep this under control was to not approve such an idiotic panel in the first place.

There is literally no way that this reflects well on the event or the people running it. Best case scenario is Chris awkwardly stress sighing for 30 minutes in an autistic session that could have been used more effectively. Worst case, weens (or Chris) cause a train wreck.

OK fine I accept there is no way to ask a pants shittingly upsetting question without being rooted out.

How about someone just take a big sniff and tell us what he really smells like? Like a wine sommelier.
The wiki only has speculation on his odor. This is an opportunity for research.

Also, weens can still ruin the entire thing before it even takes off. For now, it seems like nothing's actually been put on paper yet.

I'd rather have him homeless and panhandling at the alley next to a local gamestop, but your idea's good too. Hell, considering how unremarkable the Chris scene has been overall lately a :julay: or 2 from the audience would get a mild chuckle from me.
