Well, yeah, I'm talking about a hypothetical world where there was someone willing to put up with him, or at least someone else paid off/threatened/supplied drugs to her such that she at least continued to pretend to love being with Chris such that Chris was none-the-wiser.
The reason Chris stopped trying to find prostitutes is because even Chris realized that it was just empty sex. He drove Mia Hamm away by falling in love with her instead of just fucking her, paying, and leaving. Prostitutes have sex with lots of people uglier than Chris, it's part of the trade, but a client falling in love with you is a no-no and potentially dangerous.
