I said this before in the Yaniv thread, but FTMs are much better at trying to pass than MTFs because FTMs at the absolute bare minimum understand that there's more to being a guy than just being a gross coomer.

As MTFs commonly have to 'lose' features to pass, it's relatively easier for FTMs to add-on or accentuate features (assuming breasts/hips are not particularly large). For example, it's far more simpler to contour a female-structured face to appear male than it is to reduce the boyish contouring/features on a male-structured face to appear female (especially if the person is overweight like Chris)

Chris has close to no hope in passing as a woman unless he somehow magically gained the makeup skills of a professional drag queen. Even then, that's bordering into the uncanny valley.
