All it is is an mental illness where sexually deprived people frustrate at not having a penis or a vagina so they pretend that they're "the other gender" to feel better about their lowly selves.

My feelings on trannies is a bit complex because there's the argument that transgenderism is another type of intersex disorder, except in trannies' case it's with their brain. There's two problems with that being the main reason for it though.
1. Being Trans is massively, absurdly more common than being intersex in some other way. Having an intersex brain is probably a thing and would cause transgenderism, but why's it so damn common compared to other, similar disorders?
2. Pretty much every tranny I've gotten to know tends to be the type of person who views the opposite sex to be better off than their sex. Incels for MTF and feminists for FTM.
