So one night when I couldn't sleep (basically any night for the past 6 years, but whatever), I came to an interesting conclusion.

I went to a shrink before for this reason, and because I cough a lot, and as it turns out, my generally inactive lifestyle is the reason my body is storing loads and loads of energy, thus making me able to get away with maybe 4 hours of sleep a day, if necessary. Now, Chris basically did nothing all day, besides playing vidya, and making Barb disgusted with the laundry, and yet he said that he slept like 6-7h, even if it was in the morning mostly.

The question here is, what exactly made him that tired? While stating that he is simply so massive that merely standing up tires him would be a possibility, that doesn't seem like the only reason here. Though who knows, years of inactivity does wonders on muscle mass.

So what do you guys think?

Yeah, I know about that, and while it explains his "uptime" so to speak, it doesn't really explain the need for the ammount of sleep he has, based on his activities. As I said, you generally need less sleep if you play vidya all day. At least that was with me.

Yeah, that's just you. The amount of sleep people need/want really varies. I am sure that lifestyle plays a factor, but 6-7 hours a night is not a ton. A little on the low end of what is recommended.

The amount of sleep Chris gets is pretty much the most normal thing about him. There is nothing here.

Sleep is pleasant and I wish I could have more of it. Most people like to sleep in, not necessarily because they need the sleep, it's not like refueling at a gas-station, I see no reason it would be any different for Chris.

I think that Chris is fat, lazy, unemployed and he has autism with few actual responsibilities. As a result he has the body clock of a fat, lazy, unemployed autistic person with few actual responsibilities.
