Are you sure? Because this was one of the very first troll prizes. Trolls also got Chris to make a sex tape, you know. Also Cake Farts. Even if he manages to clean and disinfect his nether region properly, it will still cause him troubles simply because he is so fat. There is hardly any space between his thighs, so the jewelry is going to cause friction and irritation to the surrounding skin, which will continue to get worse unless he takes away the jewelry -- but then the piercing will heal and he is back to zero.
