Wakes up at noon, plays vidya, is hungry/thirsty, so goes to Sheetz/Wawa/supermarket or Wal-Mart deli/McDonald's/takeout place, lets dogs out, goes back to Sheetz, Wawa or McD's to get food or drinks for Barb and gets some for himself too, fills Cadillac gas tank with Sheetz 87-octane (to the severe detriment of the Northstar V, plays more vidya, changes , deletes DANG DIRTY TROLL voicemails, texts and emails, lets dogs back in at dusk, plays vidya again, crashes into slumber.

That sounds like the closest thing he has to regular social interaction with people IRL. That is very common for many autistic people. Actual interaction is difficult whilst the proximity helps with loneliness.

I wonder if Chris bothers to get into his bed when he gets sleepy, or just pauses the game he's playing and sleeps in his chair - head tilted back, mouth open, snoring loudly, glasses askew - until Barb hollers for him. He startles awake, and trudges off to find her in the hoard. With the way things seem to have declined, I don't envision him even taking off his shoes or jacket anymore while he's in the house. Why bother? He'll just have to put them on again in 12 hours when Barb sends him on another errand.

Yeah put it this way xlk, would you want to trade lives with him? I wouldn't.

Chris may get a monthly injection of free money and he may not have to put up with a crappy job, but he's also miserable, lonely and has absolutely no meaning or purpose to his life.

They're not indoors 24/7, but close to it. They're probably obese.
