Chris was placed into Therapeutic Docket program for mall trespass case

I thought I mentioned he was on the therapeutic docket in another thread, but I'm surprised he admitted it himself. Probably because the name in itself doesn't suggest Chris is a rere. It's why there have been continuances, basically those are days he checks in to show he's not having some autistic meltdown. He had to be evaluated by Region Ten who either approves or denies if someone qualifies. This is probably when Bryan Silva ran into Chris.

Yeah, I thought I had mentioned it too.. Oh well, Chris reveals everything himself eventually.

I wonder if Bryan Silva will get his red rose in the ceremony with Chris?

Chris almost certainly would not have gone to jail. The program is only for misdemeanor offenses and so the only people who qualify, but are still in jail are either awaiting trial or have violated the terms of other court orders. Even if Chris fucks up some more there is a litany of sanctions that must be employed before actually sending him to jail. Even absent the tard docket I seriously doubt that a judge would have sentenced chris to jail time for trespassing.

The most probable outcome is that Chris will only be made to do the bare minimum requirements due to the court system's infamous time and budget constraints. He's smart enough to lie low enough that he won't be fucked with, and when all's said and done he will have learned only that the criminal justice system is credulous and soft.
The article says it's also for mentally ill people in jail or facing jail time for crimes related to their mental illness and you can absolutely go to jail for a misdemeanor, particularly if you commit the SAME misdemeanor every fey years for the past 15 years while showing no sign of having learned any lesson.

And I mean jail, not prison, I can see a judge giving him two weeks in county in a "how do we get you to stop this?" move or finally having him declared incompetent. I just think Chris has paid his last trespassing fine. One way or another.

In the end I don't think all this extra attention the court is giving Chris will do him any good, IE. he's better off being just another revolving door redneck like before. If he reoffends the stakes are gonna be higher because the judge will have less patience for someone who's been through this program. If someone like Bryan Silva is in it you can tell it's a hail mary.

I'm glad that Chris's court mandated mental health program has the same ending as the bachelor:

Dear god and allah, please let Chris's graduation judge be a woman..
