Anything that would have taught Chris to be socially well-adjusted and behave appropriately would have been a good thing. I wonder what they tried to teach him in his sped classes? Nothing of any lasting value, it seems.

And the video is right. Mentally handicapped people are more at risk to be exploited sexually, and a lot of child sex abuse is perpetrated against mentally handicapped kids.
