Just watched his Autism Special LBP videos, and man are they....

*Stress sigh*

Thank god it's only the first few minutes that are actually about Autism, but it's still impressive how much plain awful information and bad advice for anybody new to the subject he manages to condense in there...

*Autistic children should not be introduced to other autistic people.*
*Give plenty of hugs, even if they don't like it.*
*Mainstreaming is good for all autistic children, did me lots of good!*
*Institutions and homes for autistic individuals are BAD horrific places!*

The rest of the videos are just the usual Chris bawwwing, but is it just me or is it really a spectacular tour de force into his egotistical and narcissistic nature.

It's everything that's petty, self centered and mean from his past videos just condensed four fold.
(And with the annoying twist that he constantly uses the word "autistic people" when it's clear he's just talking about Chris...)

*People have a duty and obligation to come up and start socializing with him. No matter what you're doing, you must acknowledge Chris coming down the street and say hello*
*Autistic people want somebody to cling to and kiss their ass 24/7.*
*You must introduce him to people you know. Since he can't be bothered to get his fat ass out of the house to find a girlfriend himself, this responsibility falls to all of Charlottesville. That's how it works for all autistic people, ya know!*
*Friendship isn't worth much for autistic people, unless there's a possibility of sex.*
*But of course, unless you're a good looking, young female, Chris isn't really interested in making your acquaintance. Nothing personal! He is a caring, honest, good person who just happens to prefer his friends to be female, white and 'easy on his eyes'.*

yeah once you realize the video is only about chris (autism or not), there really isn't much to it.

Out of all the austims related crap that Chris continually spews this one one of the worse. He keeps repeating that mainstreaming did him wonders and he's super well off because of that.... But what did he really gain from it? How can he look at his current life situation ans think that "mainstreaming" was good for him? Ah wait... I forget. It's the trolls fault.
It has nothing to do with the fact that he avoided getting the aid that might have helped him deal with his social difficulties related to autism and thus integrate into society as an adult better.

I'd bet pretty much whatever (even up to and including a sizeable swig from his fapcup) that his life would be much better, and that he would be a relatively happy and well adjusted individual if he hadn't been mainstreamed, and instead got therapy, special ed. and exposure to other "slow-in-the-mind's or if he had been put in an "institution".
B&B's lives would probably have been a lot happier too.

It's well known that chris never cares about the others, only about himself.

It was funny that he presented as some sort of PSA about autism. Somebody posted an article about "Six Rules on Interacting with Autistic People" on his FB and asked if he read it, and Chris responded by referring to his autism special. Making it blatantly obvious that no, he had not read the article. I wonder if the few people who still follow his FB were surprised...

Considering that he would still have Barb as a mother, I doubt mainstreaming would have helped much.

Yeah, mainstreaming was so good for him. Look at all the friends he made in school!

...

Wait.

W-Well, at least he has a successful career!

...

Oh, he hasn't got one either? That doesn't matter, at the very least he acts like a normal, high-functioning grown man! Right...?

...

-sigh-

Chris knows autism for real. You guys keep forgetting that he is the father of the First Generation of Autistic Adult Children *yawn* :stupid:

I should not have laughed so hard at that. Terrific example of unwarranted self-importance.

Let's not forget the final Autism Special, the one where he beats up Hans Asperger. I find that one the most memorable because of how hypocritical it is.

Have these videos been shown in schools yet?

...No? Oh well. Give it time. One day, Chris, one day.

He should create an organization. FGAAC.
Oh and just swap the letters and you will see Chris in his true self. FAAGC :alog:

His hatred for Aspergers NEVER fails to surprise me, no matter how many times I read his opinions on it. :asperchu:

By this point he has lost even the illusion of friendship that mainstreaming brought him. Now all he has to show for it is his lack of coping mechanisms.

His hatred of Aspergers is baffling, since even in his whiny, convuluted rants, even he doesn't seem to know why he hates it.

Then again, it is Chris.

Of course those videos, or really just Chris altogether, being such terrible advice/examples serve as an excellent instruction on how not to raise an autistic child.

Maybe I should include another A in the FGAAC, as in American :tomgirl:

With Chris EVERYTHING is about Chris. He is the most single-minded, self-centered person I know.
