Wasn't he banned from the mall prior to the event in question?
Since when has that stopped him? As others have pointed out in other threads, most security doesn't really have the time to be on the look out for Chris. As long as he keeps a low profile and doesn't tard out too much he'd be able to sneak back in without any real trouble.

Low profile? Did you see those glasses???
Kidding aside what did he actually do there? Was he really painting the arms blue like he fantasized or was he just tearing up covers and such?

Well yeah, but he wrote a really nice letter.
Did he actually post those, or just write them?

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if Chris thought that was low profile, trying to hide his eyes or some shit. Chris is very definitely the type to look more suspicious when they actively try to hide, if he just walked in and acted normal (for him) it would be fine

Best guess is he was trying to deface property or was actually defacing property.

That's small potatoes though considering he maced someone.

What exactly was Chris doing at the mall? Did he come there intending to vandalize the Sonic Boom display, or did was he doing something else and then decided to attack the display when it caught his eye?

I imagine he was there for the post Christmas sales and decided to pop in to the Gamestop for a spot of the old righteous vandalism. Chris, being totally conspicuous and retarded, got caught and then this happened.

I think he did go with the intention of doing something to the display, the blue arm thing has really riled him up in a way we haven't quite seen before, his rage at the whole situation is incredible.

What's a more interesting question is why was he holding the pepper spray at the ready from what we know of him he is used to getting banned from stores he even tried to negotiate "bygones be bygones" but he was ready an willing to use the peper spray an did.

Chris has no empathy for others, but will be expecting hell an all to happen to him so he gets of scot free, I can kind of see him fermenting a plan in his mind as how this will get saga to change the arms.

It's not like Chris is hard to notice. I'm sure everyone in town at least has heard about him.
And I'm sure his "fashion" raised some eyebrows.

Doesn't the police-scanner thing mention that Chris was also in Sears? A theory was floated in one of the other threads (my apologies, I can't remember by whom) that he ran to Sears to change clothes and that's why the scanner recording mentions him in a "pink miniskirt," rather than the jean skirt in the video.

I guess it's not possible to know whether Chris shoplifted the skirt from Sears, which honestly would be a little lower on the ladder of his legal worries at this point, or had it on under the mom skirt, which he simply ditched in one of his famous criminal-mastermind maneuvers. I wonder, of course, but it's Schroedinger's Mini for now. (And Chris should give it back. rimshot.wav)

As long as he's not tarding out he could get by relatively unnoticed. Yes his fashion might raise a few eyebrows, but if he keeps (kept) to himself he'd be able to make a purchase or two without too much trouble.

The man in the yellow shirt seems to be on the phone with someone and the person Taping had to have see. What Chris was doing and its entirely possible Chris was making a scene or arguing earlier. I'm almost positive don't call anybody is directed at yellow shirt. Who then reacts by putting his hands up in order to calm Chris down. Then he gets maced. The 210 that is mentioned? I heard 210 clearly. Could that be someone offering a description of Chris on the phone?
