The people who find him more creepy than retarded. Yes, we know he's not all there and that he's a giant pussy, but he might not appear that way to everyone else. We know that Chris gives off the not-quite-right-in-the-head vibe and that causes a lot of people to leave him alone, but not everybody is going to take a look at him and realize that he's a retarded dope. And sooner or later Chris' luck is simply going to run out.
