While it's true that nobody is immune to encountering a random asshole spoiling for a fight, the chances of Chris having such an encounter are still lower than you or me having such an encounter.
Chris doesn't go out much and if he does, he's either in his car or in a public place monitored by cameras or on a short waddle in between these two places. Random aggressive assholes don't loiter in a mall or a McD in broad daylight because they get spotted and esorted off the premises by jerkops pretty soon.
Again: Chris is a reclusive shut-in who never leaves his home after dark, doesn't frequent bars, doesn''t walk anywhere and when out sits in a public area all by himself radiating 'tard vibes. He's safer than anyone with an ordinary life.
