Chronological or by section for a prospering grounds thread, and burden of proof?

When making a thread on PG, would it be better to organize the thread by start to end chronologically, or just by arbitrary sections on each facet of the lolcow?

Also, this lolcow has DFE'd and has sparse information on him. If I were to say something happened, how damning must the evidence be?

Is there a PG meta thread? I could not find it.

1 - Either. I have seen some threads organiced by sagas (prominent happenings in cronoligical order) while others divide the sections into aspects of the cow and events that happened as examples of those characteristics.
2 - Generally it is frowned upon to just claim shit without the proper documentation and archives. Speculation is fine, but the meat of the thread should containt substantial links and archives.

4 - It's good practice to reserve the second and third post for additional info down the line if the cow is prolific, still active or there is too much information.

Thanks! This guy has been around for a long while and isnt interesting enough for people to have archived his shit so it looks like a big challenge.
