No he was always like this. All of his videos follow the same pattern.
I want to like his videos because I think he has some interesting points some times, the 'Most Annoying Guy Ever' video and the Millennial Writing videos are ones I enjoy but they tend to be very rambly and hard to follow. Many of his videos come off as just complaining about various disparate things that he has a gripe with and then tying all those things together under one label even when it doesn't fit. I think the "Millennial Characters" video is a good example of that. Barely any of the video has to do with character design itself, it's instead just him arguing a bunch of video game culture war talking points that were relevant at that time with nothing really tying one point to another.
He was a sysop when Zaiger got busted for meth and the site scattered to the winds (again). At one point his Google account got hacked and someone posted a bunch of his nudes from Google Drive or something. They were kind of weird.

Hey it's the guy who gave me a puzzle piece for some reason. Whatever. I just skimmed his recent catalogue and he really likes to talk about media and stuff, but I never could get an outline of what he fully believes in. Maybe he does it on stream or maybe I'm just retarded, but I was way too taken aback by his overly wordy and pretentious way of speaking that I just didn't stick around.
Andypants is a gold digger who initially did pro xbox, pro microsoft video who got extremely lucky talking about 'edgy games' (by that he means cyberpunk 2077 for whatever reason and Fallout New Vegas) and that we should go back to that era. Then he started getting a massive ego when he got a surge in subscribers and viewers all because he was talking about gay gaming has gotten which is really not a new or informative take that anyone with eyes can make just by looking at stuff. Then he went after Act Man and they got into a debate, Andy lost, and he flagged Act Man's video probably because he freaked out that this was going to tank his subscriber and viewer count. This part is a rumor because I can't really prove it and I don't have the screenshot, but when I asked what denomination Andy aligned with, someone apparently said they didn't have one or they didn't know what he was asking. Again, didn't take a screenshot at the time, which I should've, but that was way before he got into drama with Act Man leading me to make the AndyPants Grift Thread.
I hope this guy keeps making vids like these and more calls to action. Very refreshing content.
I gave you the autistic rating because you would either have to have the tism or be tik tok brained to not understand what Ptolemy thought. Sometimes, you have to do more than read the title and listen to fifteen seconds to figure out what someone thinks, even if they use big words.
Yeah I heard Andy had some pissing match with Act Ma'am too, but I think I had unsubbed by that point. He definitely struck me as a liar who thought he found a profitable niche to tell people what they wanted to hear and make some cash. Seems like my instinct to unsub when he shilled gambling was spot on. While there is definitely a demand for anti-progressive Youtubers, I have no need for fakes who pretend to follow a religion they actually hold in contempt.
