The thing about circumcision is that, even if you don't practice it yourself, you are subject to having it done to you and even if you do practice it yourself, you are subject to being cut. Which means you have no choice but to allow your sexual organs to be cut up with the use of a hot knife. (Or your finger or any other object, or other person's hands or whatever). This can mean that, at some point, you might get some form of sexual gratification from someone cutting your genitalia. (Just as with the act of getting a haircut or just getting your nails done).
