Just gonna point out he has actually threatened Kory and Dusty with lethal violence. To the best of my knowledge, this video was posted years after either of them had spoken to him, but he acts like he'd just been tormented by them that day. Not sure if either of them have seen it.

It's a reference to a comic Phil made where a female version of himself is at an ice cream parlor getting some ice cream. I think it was to get some relief from the oppression Phil thinks he suffers from. The caption in that comic refers to the ice cream as "self-care," and since then, "self-care" has often been used by Kiwis to refer to Phil's lousy diet in general.
Said comic was posted in the original ADF thread, but I forget what page.

In the real world of mental health issues, people with strong anxiety, PTSD, or other complexes can find it difficult to maintain their health. Taking medication on time, eating right, even bathing, etc. are sometimes problems for them, due to various symptoms. Self-care in this context is making sure that you are properly taken care of, and is sometimes extended to psychosocial care, like not letting people take advantage of you, or getting a treat you might not feel you deserve because you live in a constant state of feeling worthless.
In Ahuviya-land, self care means spending your money only on instant gratification, because fuck responsibility. It's the responsibility of cishet shitlord capitalists to provide for her.

Yeah I sometimes wonder if he realizes not being obese is a big part of gender transition (that and not going bald). I think his only chance of actually passing as a woman is to get some hardcore facial surgery, but not being a lardass would go a long way as well.

But on the flip side without his balls he's now able to not only ride a bike but he would be able to take it everywhere and keep his weight in check.
