Is it a bannable offense to join a "splinter" site?
 
Connor has an account over on autism.cool, so I guess not. Then again Obamatron never personally rustled Null, it might be different with Glaive and his site.
 
Whats the point

A site will never get anywhere if its trying to directly compete against a site as popular as this
 
Generally you don't want to be a member of a site that bans members for joining other sites anyway, so the question ought to be moot.
