Clashes between Jews and Palestinians in Jerusalem. Israel now invading Gaza according to (Questionable) Reports - If your thoughts are "I don't like either" you don't need to fucking post because it's been said 100 times you fucking dullard
Pretty sure that part isn't true and it's been disproven before. Need to look that claim of advancement up again. Good point about the slavery network, though as I recall Jews were merchant go-betweens as well for quite some time. Also you forgot about the Golden Horde and Ghengis Khan.
Everything else is pretty accurate and I learned some new stuff, too, but it's been ages since I was neck-deep in ME history like this.
True. On the other hand you have Israel screaming "THEY HID IBMs IN THEIR PREGNANT BELLIES! THE SCHOOLS HAD TURRET SYSTEMS!" or whatever so they can weasel out of purposefully bombing civilian areas like they got a hard-on for Dresdin.
It's always good to recognize the evil of both parties, if both parties are evil, and Hamas and Israel are definitely evil.
It's also good to be on the side of innocents who are caught in the cross-hairs, Jewish or Palestinian. I don't want my family or friends in Israel to get blown to bits because Palestinians are getting wrecked, nor do I want my family in Palestine to get blown or burned for the same reason.
That said, anyone taking Israel's side or calling Hamas "Based" seriously is retarded.

Feel free to disprove it then. Also the Mongols became Muslims and went on to conquer the Caucasus, (Timur, or Tamerlane as he was called in the West) so there you are.
edit: India too, where they were called Mughals. I'm off to sleep
I mean I think everyone is speechless when they face the monumental clusterfuck that is the Middle East and Palestinians/Israel in particular. You are not alone. lol

I’ve always looked at it from the point of view of “if both Israel and Palestine were both no more, who would have an easier time becoming roommates with someone else?”
That being said, the answer for me is always “the Jews”. The US loves em and even if Europe doesn’t, they hate Muslims more. I can’t find a way to rationalize any of what would lead up to that point so I don’t even try.
And it's not like any of this was unprovoked, the kikes were asking for it. They burned down one of the holiest sites in the area during the holiest muslim time and post videos of themselves dancing as it burns in the background.
Again: Al Aqsa was never on fire. Some of the trees on the compound caught fire because Palestinians decided to throw fireworks at security forces, and hit the trees instead with their shitty aim.
Nazis tried to initially do the same as the Bri'ish promised in the Balfour declaration, but they deemed Palestine to be too conflict ridden to setup Israel there. Nazis planned to establish Israel on Madagascar and deport all detained Jews there. The anglosphere decided that Palestine would do fine and this is the end result.
Because "holy land". Honestly doesn't make sense...
If one doesn't believe specifically in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob then Jews don't have some special claim to that land.
If one does believe that, then Tel Aviv being the LGBT mecca of the world and all the abortion in Israel alone, not to mention other things, would mean--according to the Law of said God--the Jews have broken covenant and no longer deserve/have a right to the land, hence it will "spit them out" (Leviticus).
The idea Jews have a special claim to that land above anyone else only makes sense to begin with if we aren't operating on a secular/atheistic worldview, which most of the Western world (ie anglosphere) didn't before but certainly does now, so it does not make sense for Jews to claim that land in particular. It's like the Vikings claiming divine right or something. If God doesn't exist then the Jews are nothing but a heavily racially mixed people who are myth-obsessed and all their claims of uniqueness and holy land are based on just myth. It deserves no more respect than neo-Vikings claiming Sweden for themselves because Odin. Whether the Jews are myth obsessed folk or God is real, the modern state of Israel just does not have a "right to exist" anymore than some Odinist nation.
Mind you, this is even disregarding the whole "Messianic" issue, the timing of the messiah's coming, the whole Yeshua/Jesus issue--which, if true, would mean that the Jews wouldn't remotely deserve that land until they became Christian Jews anyway, and while there are some in Israel they aren't treated well. At all. Like, "death threats from rabbis and feces thrown in your backyard".
TL;DR Either God exists or he doesn't. Secularist politicians and governments can't claim Jews have a special place in the "holy" land if "holy" doesn't exist. That's retarded and doesn't make sense, especially because it's "holy" land for other peoples too, including Palestinians.
Also, if God does exist, they don't get to have it anyway because they commit acts against Torah than makes their presence illegitimate lol
Mind you, if God does exist then the Palestinians don't belong there either, so

They don't even have a genetic link to Palestine so they have absolutely no claim to it. As you said all they have is their holy books/made up bullshit. But I guess torah/bible is legitimate historical document and Schindler's list is a documentary.
Geneticist Eran Elhaik claims most Jews can trace their ancestry to the Caucusus and Eastern Europe, despite overwhelming evidence of a Middle Eastern origin. Elhaik’s sloppy studies have angered legitimate scientists as much as they’ve stoked anti-Israeli, pro-Palestinian sentiments.

I stand corrected, apologies for saying that. I still think though that this is not the whole story.
Why were the security forces there in the first place, was there fighting? And why is a large Jewish festival happening right beside such an important Muslim landmark? To me it still seems provoked. Like these rowdy Jews were all getting drunk and partying right beside a bunch of sober Muslims doing ramadan and finishing up their prayers. And then they celebrate as a fire burns. It's bad optics and I can still see why the the Muslims would get pissed off.

Genuinely curious what in the heck Trump did to quell this, if at all, or if there's only attention being thrown here because there's no longer a Trump to monopolize the 24 hour news cycle.

Which is what drives me up a wall even further. The only consistent thing is that it always ties back to the Jewish Holocaust for whatever reason, even if it makes no sense. None of this makes sense.

I'm not entirely sure why security forces were there, but regardless of why, I agree that them being there was an escalation, and, barring some legitimate emergency, they shouldn't have been there.
Regarding the Jewish celebration, it happened to be Jerusalem Day, which celebrates the reunification of Jerusalem. Celebrations like these with music and people dancing at the Western Wall happen every year. That it happened to coincide with Ramadan this year was pure coincidence, and I agree made for bad optics. The wall itself is very tall, and you can't see onto the Temple Mount while there on the ground. While I'm sure they could see the fire and smoke, they likely had no idea what the hell was actual going on at the Al Aqsa compound at the time besides some very general "clashes."
TLDR: it's something that happens every year, not just something they did this year out of pure malice.
To ask about the missiles, did Hamas actually hit ben gurion airport? I heard reports of the airport being targeted and that it might have been hit but I haven't heard of anything.

There´s been an ongoing conflict in the area for 70+ years and you seriously question why a nation would deploy security forces in the current situation.
Maybe they´ve assessed the situation and thought "hey, we got two groups of confirmed maniacs celebrating each their religious thing in the same area, we might need someone to keep them apart!"
Ok, so the real question is why aren't the Palestinians targeting Britain, you know the main reason Israel exists in the first place? And while I don't give a fuck about Palestine really either, I'm a lot more sympathetic to them because if some multinational org straight told me "oh yeah this isn't where you live anymore, we need your land for the Jews who haven't had claim to it in literal centuries." I'd start lobbing rockets at them too.
I can help you out there. In Jewish faith, when 6 gorillion of their people are martyred for their faith, their claim to their holy land is legitimized. I'm not entirely clear on the reasoning there, but that's the gist of it.
That's why they throw a 'tism fit if you start questioning the numbers. The official story they give is that if you question the numbers then it's gonna lead to ANUDDA SHOAH. In reality, questioning the numbers is questioning the legitimacy of their ethnostate and they get really mad when you do that.
