Most of the rockets are homemade from plans provided by Iran, but they are getting Russian anti-tank rockets through Syria. The Qassam doesn't carry enough payload to disintegrate their casings. I think this one may have been a Qassam rocket. I've seen plenty of rockets hit Israel recently and they do a good amount of damage. Qassam rockets are made in Gaza and are constructed poorly. And just for clarification. The media and Israel will call all Hamas rockets "Qassam rockets" as a umbrella word. Many of the rockets Hamas have been firing clearly have been purchased.
