This video sums up modern YouTube. "YouTubers" don't exist anymore. Consider:

In 2014, 90 of top 100 channels were individual people.
In 2023, 87 of top 100 channels were companies. The top 20 channels are 100% companies with the exception of PewDiePie.

TL;DW: YouTubers don't matter anymore. The corporations won. Edgy content creators from the 2015-2017 era like Filthy Frank, idubbz, and LeafyIsHere are gone. They'd never survive post-adpocalyse.
