Oh there are worse:i don't know man sounds dangerously jazzy to be classical.
Its so weird its like jazz piano played with classical piano phrasingOh there are worse:
Nikolai Kapustin wrote strictly notated pieces, often very difficult, that are made to sound like jazz.
Funny, because zoomers are also ruining classical musicI'm glad IH covered classical music a bit in his new video, Zoomers need a bit of culture.
How so, i just listen i dont do the cultural stuffFunny, because zoomers are also ruining classical music
I wouldn't say they are ruining it like they are with other things. Actually, it was the wrong way for me to explainHow so, i just listen i dont do the cultural stuff
I don't find what the article says especially ruinous. Classical-pop crossover is an embarrassing fad but cannot be blamed on zoomers. Using classical music as mood management (or for "functional" rather than "artistic" purposes) is not bad at all.I wouldn't say they are ruining it like they are with other things. Actually, it was the wrong way for me to explain
I think people are so desperate to escape the incessant politicization of everything that even the woke will seize on something that is nearly impossible to politicize.I wouldn't say they are ruining it like they are with other things. Actually, it was the wrong way for me to explain
Youre a cultured guy whats your favorite classical piece?I think people are so desperate to escape the incessant politicization of everything that even the woke will seize on something that is nearly impossible to politicize.
Until they do, of course.
I'm nowhere near as into classical as I should be, but this particular recording always has me.Youre a cultured guy whats your favorite classical piece?
Wagner's so good that even Jews have to like him.i don't know man sounds dangerously jazzy to be classical.
Daniel Barenboim did all of Wagner's mature operas (or Gesamtkunstwerk in Wagner's term) and the recordings are quite rightly acclaimed -- but then so are those by Christian Thielemann, who reportedly referred to Barenboim as "that jew".Wagner's so good that even Jews have to like him.
Georg Solti's recordings of Wagner are the best that exist and he was a Hungarian Jew IIRC.Daniel Barenboim did all of Wagner's mature operas (or Gesamtkunstwerk in Wagner's term) and the recordings are quite rightly acclaimed -- but then so are those by Christian Thielemann, who reportedly referred to Barenboim as "that jew".

I mean he's one of many German idols that inspired Jews themselvesWagner's so good that even Jews have to like him.
