Climate Change General Discussion - Is it manmade, is it natural, what are its effects and what should we do about it?

Are the effects of climate change as severe as the scientific community portrays it?

It's a consumption problem, not a capita one. China and India emit more but have less per capita emissions compared to the US, because they all aren't driving F350s

I have a feeling that either slight shifts in the earth's orbit, the sun and the magnetic field disruptions may have something to do with creating and thawing ice ages on earth though I am not completely sure. I am convinced the no matter how much carbon dioxide is released into the air, the sun and other aspects have the upper hand on shifting the earth's climate. But I am also aware methane may be a much me extreme greenhouse gas.

You don't understand.
My plan is to make enough money and put myself in a privileged position so that when the shit hits the fan, me and my kin can exploit you and your kin.
I will probably go full Harkonnen, properly less gay or more. Who the fuck knows, but all I care about is that I am on top (gigety) because it is only gay if you receive it.

Climate Change is real, it sucks. We are fucked, but if you got skills and money, you are less fucked, so that's my goal.
Jesus christ
Can you be any less of a faggot?
Just as a christmas gift to the forum.

The climate will change regardless of our presence if you believe in the caveman period. The earth changes on its own. Taking care of your environment is noble. Delaying the inevitable is silly.

Whatever you think about whether rising temperatures caused by increased CO2 emissions is overstated or not, the reality is that humans are doing disgusting things to the planet and spoiling nature everywhere we put our ugly mitts. Like was mentioned before, more desertification and local ecological collapses are almost certain if we don't change course. Yes "new species will evolve", but humanity is just working with more and more potent mechanisms as time goes on. We have no idea what kind of damage we can do, and there are a couple of "minor" things on the Earth that we are FUCKED in the long term if we ruin.

We use up the resources of the Earth without replenishing, then expect constant growth forever. This aspect of industrial society is just rotten.

How were your Hanukkah festivities? Did you enjoy pretending it was Christmas?

I'm more concerned about asian civilizations raising to power and exploiting the Earth.

Think whites are bad cause they put up rith jews? Well asians are all like jews. They are all greedy and careless and exploit the earth and shit where they eat.

They have no regard for sustainability and preservation; just exploit the earth till you bleed it dry...
