Didn't Chris in one of those Facebook posts state that he was overworked because he had to drive to and from the hospital his mom was staying at (breathing problem) because he had to walk the dogs? So we can gather that he gives them SOME exercise, which most likely won't be enough considering their diet and being confined in Case de Chandler most of the day.

He should walk them more often; it'll shrink his mound even further.

Yeah, outside would be a lot better for the dogs. They did have a pen for Patty, I think, but I don't know if that's still around. I doubt they have a regular vet.
I can just see Patty's pen, untouched for years, and suddenly Chris just putting the puppies in there without fixing it up.
Maybe Clover and Snoopy will make the the dreams of many come true and dig up Patty while howling "JUUUUUUUULLLLAAAAAYYYYY"
Did I mention I love you?

Oh yeah, no, it's not that they get no exercise. Just very little and/or not enough.

That's really too bad, I love dogs. Maybe it'd be best if they chocked on something and died, at least they wouldn't be forced to live out this miserable existence. Beagles are freaking outdoor dogs. (which I think someone already said) Living with Chris must be the equivalent of Beagle hell.

I feel so sorry for these animals. At this point, I mostly just hope they got one or both of them fixed, or they might try to make cash breeding the poor muffins.

I actually think breeding and neutering are both too much effort for Chris and Barb.

plus the dogs are siblings. I hope that even they arent stupid enough to inbreed.

I don't remember if it was in the Jackie dump or the Facebook dump, but in one of them, he states that he had to pick up a newspaper for Barb and then more newspapers for the dogs. Presuming he didn't hijack the puppies from some top-secret lab where they're training dogs how to read, I'm going to go ahead and presume that the dogs are at least paper-trained. I suppose that's better than nothing, however, I'm also going to presume that they're too lazy to change the papers and just toss on a new layer once the previous one is full.

If the newspapers were being used for the dogs' waste, then why did Barb get one too...?

:briefs:

Jesus fucking fuck, is there anyone in the Chandler household who doesn't have :briefs: .

The cats?

IIRC, the cats create dirty, crapped floors for Chris to slip on.

But seriously, how can people have any kind of feces just sitting around in their home and not clean it up immediately?

If Barb wants to hoard old papers and clothes and whatever, then why the hell can't she hoard her defecation? It's her house, goddamnit!

It causes too much stress, leading to :briefs: and more feces.

I bet he walked the dogs exactly once, and it was that occasion. Afterwards, Chris said to himself "hey, not walking the dogs sure would be easier than walking the dogs! Boy, I am a geinus." and then hmph smugly to himself.

I think you already know the answer to that.

Animals don't particularly know or care about that sort of thing, so hopefully they separate the two whenever Clover is in heat (but I doubt it).

If they did try to breed them though, and not with each other, then it'd be like when Chris tried to sell Bob's old TV on Craigslist: demand a lot of money for poorly bred puppies. If they really are purebred beagles, they are far from show quality, and so would the potential offspring.

I would love to think that no one would be this dumb and cruel, but logic is dictating otherwise. Who's up for a rescue mission?

ten bucks says the newspapers were the communal newspapers at mcdonalds
