Tons of weird little comments like how he randomly brings up Russia and Ukraine or how the two teenagers in the game should fuck cause they are the last of their race, Mauler's video is honestly worthy of a watch if you have the time.
Synth was talking shit about EFAP in his GOW Ragnarok streams and criticizing their (imo cringe) takes about the game. Mauler found out (supposedly while doing research before EFAPing Synth's GOW:R review).

People on 4chan bring up their fetishes out of nowhere. You know, as a joke, the more ridiculous the better(there was one guy who jacked off to floor tiles). Well it used to be like that but when gooners overran the site during the fappening, it became genuine and the site became a haven for porn addicts. Since Coby was raised not by his parents but by 4chan, he sees no distinction between posting about his futa fetish on /h/ or /v/ or /pol/ or wherever he spends his time, and talking about it openly on camera to an audience of 1000 people.
It's got to be something like this. All this fetish shit is so normalized in his life that it doesn't even register to him as weird. The curious part is why do these cows not learn? You'd think after the first time sperging too close to the sun they would stop themselves but they just seem to double down.
Again, he responds to people who criticize him as if he was still on 4chan, by telling them they're retards and should kill themselves ect. You could see how awkward his letter to Null was, it's clear he doesn't know how to communicate in any official or even casual capacity that doesn't involve him either going full shitposter mode or full TMI mode where he throws himself a pity party. His behavior makes a whole lot more sense when you consider just how much impact 4chan has on both him and his fans, look at Ricardo Cumsox the other day and how he was trying to spam the Synthcel thread(before, the Appreciation thread) to try and control the narrative when both his daddy and himself were slighted. This is a common tactic on 4chan and works there, not so much here. This is part of a much bigger problem, where kids today are raised by their computers and tablets and have little understanding of the real world, Coby is but one symptom of it.
