Particularly since she was bullied because she wasn't able to act normally along her peers. If you're a weird kid, you're going to get excluded and harassed by your peers.

The 14-year-old girl facing 15 charges for a stabbing spree at Dunbarton High School last week made a brief court appearance in Oshawa this morning.

The girl, whose identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act, entered the prisoner's box with her feet and hands in shackles.

She greeted her mother with a smile but seemed mostly unaware of what was going on around her and answered “No” in a loud, cheerful voice when asked if she had any questions.

It’s alleged she entered the Pickering school on Feb. 23, wielding two knives and slashed five students and two staff members before being restrained and arrested.

None of the injuries were serious.

On Friday, Durham Regional Police said they had received numerous calls from students and parents about rumored threats of further violence at the school but they proved to be unsubstantiated.

The girl made a brief court appearance last week.

The teen's trial has been adjourned until March 8 when she will appear by video. Until then she'll be held at the Syl Apps Youth Centre in Oakville.

I remember there was a school shooting in Red Lake, MN in 2005 and the kid who did it had a Newgrounds account with all kinds of fucked up animations and a Livejournal account with various ramblings on it, and they were both up many years later. I don't know if they're still there, but unless there is sensitive content on the accounts, there's no real reason to take them down.
