Cologix Canada Inc. v. Path Network Inc and Path's other legal issues - Canadian data center company is suing Path Network, famous for being ran by a pedophile, not paying their bills, scamming their investors, and deplatforming the Kiwi Farms

It's going to be interesting to see what this lawsuit will bring into the light. While it is, may Allah forgive me his humble servant for stating, a CANADIAN lawsuit, there is potential here for shit to be unveiled that is useful for the forums own Jihad against the enemies of God.

Canadian lawsuits are not precedential in the USA, but the US courts can take judicial notice of things that happen in our missbegotten cousins moose oppressed realm.

The Company that is suing is Canadian, but this is in Arizona as this is where Path is currently incorporated

The OP is now updated to make that clearer

There's a startlingly high amount of people who try to fuck with the farms, only to get their own shit fucked instead. I have my hands in the air kiwis, take my energy, take it all.
Because normal people with no weird skeletons in the closet tend to not give a shit about the farms since they don't have retarded shit on the farms to get laughed at for.

This must be the reverse CHUD moment here.

Every time Null gets “exposed”, his enemies get exposed even worse than what him and the Kiwi Farms get unfairly blamed for. I think this is a sign for change, but I want to remain optimistic.

It‘s like clockwork in a way.

but Path representatives responded with a Spongebob meme and asserts that it dropped Telia instead over latency issues.
What is it with ISPs and allowing the spergiest of employees to contact people? First Epik on twitter and now Path in business relation emails. I don't know which is worse, but I do know I'd like to see the next one try to top them.

At this rate i'm expecting Surfshark to do a sporting event advert featuring Chris-chan doxxing people and claiming their product can prevent it or something.

How did it suddenly become the go-to groupchat software during the pandemic when Skype and Teams were right there?
I think the name stuck, actually. It's easy to say. "Hop on Zoom". It caught on and it was the new shiny thing that everyone used in the pandemic. It went as viral as the Corona.

Not really, zoom charges a license fee, people don't just adopt a random previously unheard of service in place of other name brands for a catchy name
