Combine and sticky a recipe thread in the food forum

When looking for a recipe thread I noticed there are kind of a lot of general purpose recipe sharing threads. It'd be nice if there was one general recipe sharing thread. To be clear I'm not talking about specific recipe threads like "Share your best bread recipe" but the vague/general purpose ones like:
