Here is my comfy space, I do all my Kiwi posting there, I hope you like it.

It's not empty, it's just very very dark so we can't see 99% of it.
Even if it was empty, you can easily hide in the dark, just ask Batman.

It's pretty empty. I wish the guy who made that didn't insert his shitty comedy into it. I keep pausing thinking it's a planet. And there's more to hiding in space than just being dark. Temperature, for example. Or simply being overlooked because of how big space is. In a space dream I guess I'd be a incorporeal spirit or something, I don't know what the mechanics of detecting that are.

Oumuamua was interesting and fairly unique in some respects, so it's a shame we're not going to be able to catch up with it anymore. Borisov appears to be just another comet. I bet all we get in terms of interstellar objects in upcoming decades is going to be a whole bunch of regular dirty snowballs. Studying the effects of interstellar medium on rogue comets is going to be valuable knowledge, of course, but I'd rather have a gander at some oddball asteroid.

Alexei Leonov died today. Among other things, he was the first man to do a spacewalk, and he produced many excellent paintings inspired by his experiences in space. I understand that all the American astronauts in the Soyuz-Apollo docking program liked him because he was such a warm and friendly guy and didn't much care for the Cold War rivalry between the Soviet Union and America.
