No, it isn't anything like Stealing Solo. The books themselves are high quality prints and VERY well protected. They will arrive in perfect condition or they will be replaced.

What never fails to baffle me is that you charged $25 plus $10 for shipping, only to deliver in the most retarded way possible without having ever tested it out to be sure.

And you retards say you're customers first. I'll tell you a little secret that would have probably saved you a lot of time if you had a time machine, but if you fuck up and need to replace my product, you've lost a shit ton of good will given how you fuckers keep bragging about being all about customer service, I would have expected top notch primo treatment based on those boasts.

Clearly, none of you can deliver anything in a proper manner. Shit's either late, messed up, or gay, and sometimes, in a not so very rare occasion, all of the above.

I am customer first. That's why I've spent all day responding to this serious customer concern on multiple platforms. Everyone who ordered SUPER HAREM will receive a perfect copy of it. The worst case scenario for them is that they will have an extra one to read without having to worry about damaging it in the process and pass around to their friends.

They are thick plastic and water proof. The books are better protected in them than the standard. It isn't any cheaper. That seems to be what people are implying. I am switching to the standard bags immediately. What matters to me is that my customers are happy. If they do not like the bags. I will not use the bags.
Edit: i don't remember what i paid for those bags tbh so i shouldn't say they aren't cheaper. I can honestly say that wasn't my motivation tho. Whether you believe that or not is up to you.

There'd be no concerns to address if you actually put in the effort to make sure that doesn't happen, that's what customer service is, not the need to contact you with a problem that shouldn't have existed. Are you customer service or call support center?

Right, but you can't place them neatly in a longbox and store them backboarded as a collector item (🌈) in the future, as comic collectors expect from literally every back issue they buy from a LCS. I get why you did it, but I don't get why nobody in the CG creator community didn't tell you why it was a bad idea.
