Frog , looking for new ways to expand his business, today,floated out some ideas for the masses of Comicsgate to weigh in on, such as offering a subscription-based model to sell monthly comics or branching into franchising or publishing. The masses were, as always, vocal.
Eventually, Peter Simeti was brought on to speak the voice of caution and Frog decided on a more conservative course, at least until something more appealing comes along.
Hostilities between WC and Testefy-HD's people continue to escalate on both sides. WC released this video of former member "Wiggle Wiggle" masturbating a rainbow dildo in a pink ape suit to the encouraging chants of his brethren.
"deltaspergforce" in turn shared this picture of WC's main patron/big fat guy SoCal, which was met as causus belli/"open season" by the WC camp, as allegedly it was only seen in their discord.
Testefy-HD took to Youtube to discuss these development, both to reiterate his own baseless insinuations that Liam is a pedophile (reviewing a portfolio = "has unauthorized contact with minors without parental consent") as well as register his outrage that Ryan "WordNerd" Palmer would bluntly call him and his channel/discord a group of "pedophiles with an unhealthy preoccupation with other people's children", and that he will be escalating this to the highest possible level of reporting WordNerd's tweet.
Finally, Nick Rekeita was confronted by Thomas Roiloup of SWC in the wake of their channel being flagged by Liam. Roiloup and Rekeita have a somewhat storied history, their last interaction being when Preston Poulter ghosted Rekeita's show to appear on SWC instead, leading to this exchange as Rackets efapped their show for legal analysis .
Roiloup requests a statement from Nick in response to the indisputable evidence that #comicsgate engages in flaggotry, one of the few (only) golden rules followed by Youtube grifters like Nick. And that if Rackets didn't have anything to say, either on that or being part of a "doxing ring", a possible expose might be in the works for ole' No Refund Nick's hit-and-miss ass. Rackets says Comicsgate drama is too fast paced for him to follow, that he doesn't know who SWC or Liam Gray are and does not care and, additionally, does not care if bad things happen to his friends or if one friend acts wrongly to another friend. Being Rekeita, this sentiment takes him an hour and a half to work through.
The highlight of the stream is undoubtedly where Rackets posts the DM of Roiloup calling him a coward and that "basketball players" and "greek men" ought to be going full Space Jam on Lady Rackets's vagina for having such a weak husband. It's unsure what the future of SWC's channel is at this point, but the situation is gathering attention quickly. The full set of DMs have been posted in TUG's thread here.

Winding down? The appeals court decision will come most likely days to weeks after the 22nd; if at least one of the "17 and 0! (squawk)" decisions gets thrown out and the defendants remain obstinate about not settling, we're heading to a jury trial.
But even if all the decisions are upheld, there's still what this thread is about - ComicsGate. Ya Boi's case is not even close to a conclusion. And then there's all the legal issues with the executive orders regarding the coof, and oh yeah, we're on the brink of having leftard and rightard armed militias doing battle in the streets… I don't think Nick is gonna run out of stuff to talk about any time soon.

I never asked to be paid now, I asked to see the accounting. You refuse because you've spent it all. That's the only reason to not show the numbers to someone owed 50% of profits.
I've never lied about anything to do with this situation Donal. You've never said what was a lie, and you chickened out when Oz invited you on stream with me and @FROG
If anything damages your "business" (which has produced 0 books) it's because of YOU. All I've done is show the dms and tell my side. You're the one who has proven his is a lying disingenuous fraud liar. You didn't even credit me properly in the book--that's why I showed all the dms.
The point is: If I can't trust you to keep your word on the credit, and you absolutely refuse to tell me how much is left, why should I believe you're gonna pay me right? If you can't credit me right, why should ANYONE trust you?
If you can't be trusted over something so small as typing the right word, why should anyone trust you with money?
Not to mention you've publicly talked about buying tables and stuff to eat into expenses, and talked about hiring people to package books for you--expenses we NEVER discussed that you're making up now.

The only stupid decisions between the two of us were the things YOU did.
If I TRULY got what I deserved, I'd have my writing credit, and we'd each have $8,000-10,000 like you said. Instead you've already spent thousands, stole my credit, and might just steal every last cent.

I'm working as quickly as I can.
My campaigns take months to promote and market, drawing and writing the book takes time, sourcing and printing the perks and comics takes months, and fulfilling thousands of packages takes months.
The good news is that it pays great, and I'd love to do it more often. So there's got to be a way to do more with less of my own personal involvement.
I can't believe this is still going on.

Asking people to confirm their addresses now instead or when he got the books.
He somehow hired people but it's somehow a slow process but he's somehow helping them but somehow still drawing.

@FROG is right though. People do repeat themselves, they have favorite words and sayings. Or theyve got something on their mind or something bugging them or something they're excited for that causes them to keep repeating themselves.
