In my opinion Perch is pro-OGCG but knows where they were wrong and will be critical about it. He cares about facts, not about CGers' feelings, which is based and good.
Most of the retardation comes from culchur wariorz and carpetbaggers that came with EVS/Fagdom Menace and resonated with the most retarded aspects of OGCGers.
Eh, if you push aside Perch's highgrounding rhetoric and hold his feet to the fire on any of his many stupid positions that are the product of said rhetoric, he starts to ree and block faster than Comic Book Hut. No wonder the two have decided they are mutually acceptable rivals. There's also some delusion in his mind that people see his allegiance as something valuable and that it's being fought over, as if anyone really wants an equivocator with pretensions of aloofness like Perch as an ideological ally.
Nick Rekeita had Iron Liz on to promote the Liz/Vic King/DarkGift joint project
Lightbringer, a reimiagining of the (in)famous webcomic created by Liz's fellow ex-Channel Awesome alumni and ex-boyfriend
Linkara. The access to 2700+ viewers on post-Rittenhouse Rekeita gave the project unexpected levels of exposure, raising the number of backers from 24... to 38. Will Micah Curtis be the next Channel Awesome member to go on Rackets' show?
And last but not least:
Cash Grab Update:
In this episode titled "Let's Go Gambling", Frog's 'highly competent in real life' friend Cecil vents on some of the challenges currently facing him. Namely, he's trying to send a computer to junkie piss streamer Witten, because that was the excuse she gave Cecil when he was pressuring her to start an OnlyFans account for him to funnel even more backer funds through. Cecil has since dutifully come up with the computer, but Witten is refusing to respond to the DMs Cecil is constantly sending her for weeks now. Jon Malin assures his friend by saying "she's fine" and taciturnly hints "she's probably doing something with her boyfriend". Cecil can't explain this turn of events; she sent him a 'heartfelt letter' saying how
Cecil flying out to meet her was a 'great thing'. Jon Malin asks "A heartfelt letter? Like you're dating?", to which Cecil bashfully declares that his intentions to buy Witten a computer (for OnlyFans) and flying out to meet her were entirely pure.
"Oh so like you're her grandpa?" Malin follows up with. In any case this development leaves us with a number of tantalizing questions. Like now that mentally ill prostitutes on drugs like Witten are refusing Cecil's
Cash Grab money, will some of it be directed towards fulfilling the campaign? Is there enough funds in the
Cash Grab warchest ($279,805) to both fulfill the campaign and enable cool guy Cecil to buy internet love from the lowest dregs of society with? And which is the harder sale - selling a multimillionaire on a stock portfolio diversification or getting in Witten's crusty panties? Evidently the latter, according to extremely credulous Comicsgaters.
