Most of the Liam stream was either going over old stuff or just yelling. The most interesting (or at least new) content IMO was with regard to the "Nerd Wonder" situation. Liam had hired Nerd Wonder to do work on Xenotype. There was a falling out with Liam and she released some DMs with a whole lot of sexual content in them. Liam has made vague accusations about the incident in the past. But this time he goes into heavy detail.

He directly accuses her and an unnamed "christian anti-comicsgate" conspiracy of various things. He says Nerd Wonder was sent by this conspiracy to "honeypot" him and to make Xenotype ship late. He claims that the DMs were edited and that the proper context for his statements was removed. He further claims that at least some of the most weird statements in the DMs were "jokes". Early on, he characterizes her release of the DM's as "revenge porn".

What follows is direct quotes from the stream of Liam giving his side of what happened.
------------------

[Liam asks rhetorically why he didn't strike Nerd Wonder over "revenge porn"]

Why didn't I strike her? Yeah why didn't I strike her? Yeah she did nothing wrong to no one. Yeah.uhhuh. Thats why she was sent to work on my project. She delayed my release two months. Was fired. Then claimed that she wasn't paid and claimed that it was about a sexual mater rather than her failing to fulfill her contract to produce the art she was commissioned to do. And she repeatedly ran gayops with your little christian anti-comicsgate fuck fest. You (JDA) are a liar and a fraud.

"Is she [nerd wonder] a liar and a fraud?"

Yes.

[ Liam says that parts of those Netd Wonder DMs were real they were provided without context and there were edits made to them.]

[ He said that JDA and Nerd Wonder had communicated by Discord. Liam said that JDA was a lair and that he had exchanged DMs with Nord Wonder..]

[Liam's "good with sex" DM to Nerd Wonder comes up]

Yeah. Its a joke. Its a joke. Its just a joke bro. Its just a joke.

Because they found out I was married and they wanted to try and damage my family and destroy my marriage. They found out the day before because ...trying to delay my xenotype project. She was late on her art. She didn't provide what she hired for.

Why did Nerd Wonder delay Xenotype?

Because she was sent to interfere in it so that I wouldn't make deadline.

[JDA asks who sent her to supposedly do that]

Who do you think Jon? There were people involved.

all of this was an elaborate gayop designed to try and essentially honeypot and destroy my company

----------------------

There is some other vague stuff in the stream that reinforces the idea that certain people are talking to Liam, pretending to befriend Liam and then weaponizing him against individuals that they don't like. Liam made it somewhat clear that certain parties were teaching the evil of JDA to him, but never did say who they were.

Liam declares that the only way JDA can regain access to his indiegogo account is through mortal kombat.

I have suspected for a while now that there is group of people egging on Liam. It seemed to accelerate right around the time Testefy died. For a good long while there, Liam had basically dipped into obscurity. I barely even remembered he existed. The last major "controversy" was that stupid treehouse he was building.

I've been keeping my mouth shut about this because I don't have a fully coherent picture yet. Just bits and pieces that weirdos send me. I also have some suspicions as to the "who," but again... I'm not 100% sure.

I'm in the same situation. I'm unsure about giving them attention because I dont have a full picture, I'm not sure that its worth it giving them any attention and I really think that this eventually will blow up in the faces of these people anyway.

Gay ops usually get found out one way or another, and it causes all sorts of drama.

Hell, I got falsely accused of gay op last year. Fortunately, I have all the receipts that prove otherwise, and the KF mods figured out what was going on. Still, it was a PITA, and every once in-a-while I encounter somebody peddling that narrative.

Just to cover all my bases here: I've also heard rumblings that there are some people that might be looking to do (or, in fact, doing) gay ops against the people who may or may not be trying to control Liam against JDA. I disavow that as well.

Just let shit play out organically. It's a retarded online "movement" concerning comic books. Not anything of any great import.

I was tuned in to Frog's stream long enough to see the part where nobody on the panel could actually define "gay-op" until Graham Nolan finally looked it up online. That part was pretty funny in an ironic way.

So wait, there are allegedly gay-opers tard wrangling Liam into going after Jon and then there allegedly gay-opers going after the tard wranglers of Liam?

TUG was having problems with Nasser in maybe 2019. The drama concerned family matters. Since Liam was the founder and one of the most important members of comicsgate, he took the story about TUG & his family and made it about himself and his dog. At the time, the story was clearly made up. But over the years since then I think its become real to Liam.

Liam in 2018 was an honest Christian boy in comicsgate. He wore a white hat and white suspenders. He was on the way up and he created a new comic called Sway. It was going to sell a million copies. Then Nasser arrived. Nasser pretended to be Liam's friend and began sabotaging his crowdfunding campaign for Sway. His sabotage was aimed at stealing Liam's artist. Nasser was able to eventually destroy the campaign and make it fail.

Then Nasser, who intended to steal Liam's artist, decided to start stalking Liam's artist instead. He stalked everywhere. Then the artist went into the hospital and Nasser STALKED HIM THERE. He sent him cards. He visited him. He did everything in his power to ruin his life. Liam did what he could, but the evil of Nasser was too strong. Nobody knows what happened to Liam's artist, but many of us wonder if he is in a shallow grave somewhere.

Then after all that, Nasser returned to Liam. But Liam could now sense his evil and so could Liam's faithful dog. Liam fought back. But his dog had to go into the hospital for something. Then Nasser stalked Liam's dog and made fun of him. Liam finally understood that Nasser was a monster and possibly a war criminal. He banished him. But it was too late for the dog.

This is why Liam has nothing more to say to Nasser outside of a court of law. Liam warned everyone. And sooner or later, Nasser will be stalking and killing everyone in comicsgate one by one.
This has me dying laughing. I'm gonna read it on my stream tonight or tomorrow.

Holy shit this might be the best Liam spergout of all time
Definitely.

So while listening to that liam vs Jon stream, I was setting up my Creepsters Kickstarter. I wrote a new blurb for it, put up some pages that hadn't been shown off before, and had the whole thing ready to go.

Kickstarter needs you to meet a certain criteria before being able to submit the campaign for review, like having your tiers up, having the description all filled out, adding your banking information, etc.

Once the campaign was all ready, I hit submit. Immediately I received this rejection as soon as I pressed the button. It allows for one appeal to be sent, which I sent right away, and now I'm waiting on their response which says it can take 1-3 business days.

Correct.

Comics people are f'ing weirdos.
Again, correct.

Although I don't think either side is CG-proper. I think the former is best described as anti-CG, and the latter are people who just like trolling in general.

In case no one saw this, @PocketJacks & Lamont are being sued by the law firm they dismissed for breach of contract:

Forgive the gif, but the day of judgment has arrived and I felt fireworks were in order. You might be thinking, "Are we seriously celebrating Vikki owing Preston a million bucks?" or "Did Dean finally get a lawyer?" Nothing so pedestrian for the fine folks of the farms for today we have something truly spectacular.

THE FEIN LAW FIRM, P.C. vs. PRESTON POULTER, et al

On February 2nd, 2022, The Fein Law Firm filed a lawsuit against Preston Poulter and John Lamont for breach of contract. These were the lawyers they initially hired to draft the complaint. They allege that Preston and John owe them $15,549 for services which have not been paid. An invoice attached as an exhibit indicates were billed more than $23,000. Preston argues he shouldn't have to pay all that because they let @FROG get away, the complaint had to be amended, and they continued billing him after they were fired. He has requested the court order the parties to arbitration.

There is a hearing scheduled on March 17th on the initial dismissal docket and another on April 22nd on the motion to enforce arbitration. A non-jury trial is scheduled for December 13th, 2022. Preston and John are being represented by the same attorneys currently working on this lawsuit.

🐸 Hippity hoppity, I shouldn't have to pay because you let @FROG jump out of my property 🐸

This is a bold statement @TheCosmicWarrior . If true, this would make very big splash in CG when it comes to Indiegogo and be very entertaining on the farms.

Well it’s like Edwin Boyette said before, Indiegogo has always been a pretty left leaning organization and this isn’t the first time JDA has experienced problems on that platform. Like the time they shadowbanned his Dynamite book or when they shadowbanned SMiller’s Trump book. So, it could be because of politics or something personal against him. I’m sure there are other examples, I just can’t think of any right now.

The other highlights from Liam's meltdown last night were:
- Liam claimed that god struck down Testefy for him. I'm pretty sure he wasn't joking.
- Liam had his wife and children (including the baby) for most of the stream. Including (sadly) I believe all of the Nerd Wonder stuff.
- Before Liam went totally off the rails, he ordered his wife to go away to the kitchen or to clean or something. It was weird and rather sad.
- Based on how he was talking, I think Liam is attributing alot of his personal and neighborhood problems in that ghetto he lives in to comicsgate. If someone throws trash in his yard, its comicsgate.
- A fair amount of Liam's stuff against JDA was old recycled warcampaign drama from three or four years ago.
- Liam went out of his way to mention the real names of two people on the stream. Nerd Wonder and Cyderhype. That was the sensitive stuff that needed to be edited out.

This will be a model test case for them. Only a free-speech absolutist corporation would be able to overlook JDA's actions and I'm not aware of any of those still in existence. This isn't a left or right thing either. If JDA's church had a crowd-funding site would they host his stuff?

Maybe there's an opportunity here for Null. KiwiKrowdFunding!

I know you're joking, but that would be kind of interesting. Sadly the mastercard/visa duopoly would be all "LOL, no," sadly. Until there's a workaround for that, not happening.
I'm not joking other than the play on the name. I suspect Null could spin something up a tad better and less embarrassing than fucking Wordpress. The biggest challenge would be crafting a TOS that would both satisfy his ideals while complying with the gatekeepers (what's allowed, etc).

Liam also just announced he's opening up Xenotype 2 for crowdfunds before fulfilling Wonder Island. Good luck with that, buddy.
To be fair Jon, that's kinda the "Comicsgate way," isn't it? I don't think you wanna go there. Liam really isn't doing anything different than far bigger names in CG have been doing for a long time.

Maybe there's an opportunity here for Null. KiwiKrowdFunding!
There was something like that before with Dick Masterson's NewProject2. It was supposed to be crowdfunding for people who were kicked off of other crowdfinding sites, or wanted something alternate. Null was using it to fund Mad at the Internet. Masterson, Rekieta, Ethan Ralph, Metokur and others used it too.

It didn't work because payment processors were hounded by SJWs complaining it was some sort of alt-right Neo Nazi funding source (or whatever), and they yanked the credit card processing. IIRC, Stripe was the major one.

So, it's probably not gonna happen ever again. Unless they do it with crypto currency or something.

I know you're joking, but that would be kind of interesting. Sadly the mastercard/visa duopoly would be all "LOL, no," sadly. Until there's a workaround for that, not happening.
Yes, that's the exact reason it'll never happen.
