Like most lawyers with a practice out there, most/all his legal engagements are likely to just write up a will for someone or help writing a letter to an insurance company because the tractor broke down and similar. So thus you will not see him in many court records.

I don't think Nick Rekieta is a fake lawyer or whatever. I do suspect Nick's interview skills aren't as sharp as they could be and that likely has to do with his experience as well as the fact that he drinks his way through hours of streams featuring stacks of retards. I like his channel and admire his work ethic. What he accomplished during the Rittenhouse trial was quite impressive. While his witness control techniques are somewhat weak, you can practically see a thought bubble manifest above his head with "Objection! Non-responsive" when Rippa starts sperging vague nonsense following a question about his influences. The ball-busting is obligatory but dude's got literally decades to learn to into interviewing.

Bit of a confession: I DMed JDA about this yesterday, and he was one of the multitude of people who I had talked to concerning this. He said he messaged Dean directly and Dean told him he was indeed splitting from Vikki. I was waiting for JDA to address it (which he said he would), because I didn't know if he told me that in confidence or not. Also, JDA did NOT share Dean's actual messages with me, because Dean specifically asked them not to be shared (just in case @Yusuke is reading). Nor did I even ask for them. AFAIK, he continues to honor that promise.

Is anybody else just a tiny bit skeptical on this whole Vikki and Dean break-up? They have been doing a show together for a while now. - Even if Preston "wins" over Vikki and Dean, he will lose. You can have any kind of paper judgement in your hand from a lawsuit you want. But trying to collect big money from a crackhead and a 50-something sometimes dog groomer isn't likely to end well. Its tough to take something from people who don't have anything to begin with. All Preston will have accomplished with his lawsuit is spending alot of money.
