Seeing a whole branch of the Fandom Menace turn to 'simping is good' is more shocking than Cecil failing to organize a blowjob in a brothel, but maybe not much more surprising. Grifting has always been part of TFMs M.O.* and we know what kind of grifting Anna et al are best at. Still, it's got a slightly slimy 'we have always been at war with Eastasia' feel to it.
I bet the simps are happy though.
Watching Chrissy Mayr's "Simpcast" take shape has been fairly interesting; what started as according to Mayr, "an attempt to make something like the View but for based ladies" , a program made by and intended for edgy conservative women eventually took the shape of a program ironic-but-not-really program pandering to lonely sexless men.
The richest source of right wing e-girls appears to be a (now defunct) conservative e-girl mill operated by Rebel Media and Ezra Levant during the MAGA years, described as an entire cottage industry of signing on prospective young models, filling them with talking points and propelling them into the limelight as seemingly independent, appealing mouthpieces to disseminate their ideology, this including Lauren Southern, Brittany Venti, Ashton Birdie and a number of others.
Southern and Birdie allege that there was a "right wing casting couch" where women such as themselves or Candace Owens, so on, were, once systematically isolated from normal society and family for being alt-right, then sexually exploited by their employers once they had no recourse. If so, Mayr's offer of being renormalized into society with apolitical content in a "safe environment" of exclusively women would no doubt be very appealing.
However it takes more than e-girls to turn this into a viable enterprise; it takes paypigs to fund and support their idols, and that's where Anna along with a few other Fandom Menace types (as well as Mandy who somehow got herself thrown off) come in with her ready access to both the Fandom Menace and Comicsgate audiences to pump in a rich supply of ideal paypigs.
The Fandom Menace was
always especially vulnerable to simps as a symptom of its closed off, carefully cultivated and gatekept e-celeb worship culture. People who would donate hundreds to a 50 year old junkie or Az have no natural defense against someone offering even the slightest whiff of simulated e-vagina. No greater case of this could be presented than
when a mentally ill catfish going by GeekyPixie (who was driven out from Weeb Wars by DA Talks incidentally) found fertile new ground in the Fandom Menace; actually climbing the ranks of the TFM hierarchy and collecting scores of simps and hundreds of subscribers armed with nothing more than a bunch of pictures of a filipino child's face swapped over his middle aged man body. The grifter leadership like Jeremy from Geeks and Gamers, Ryan Kinel and Anna exposed him with a PSA that Fandom Menacers should be careful to simp for "verified women".
And with that...
23/05/2022 - JON MALIN - POST KANGZ
A follow up to an unusually short CG Kings show, the stream had Anna introduce Ashton Birdie -
a woman who's main claim to fame was of her own free will, having sex with Baked Alaska - but still (arguably) a step up from the grade of herpetic ditchpigs and piss streamers like Witten and Nadine that served as JACK show simp chum before they eventually refused to go on. Shorn of her Levant-provided programming however, Birdie's only discernible personality is "liking Harry Potter". This proves no impediment for her to divert any every subject of conversation to herself.
Art Thibert looked ready to commit suicide after about 20 minutes while the navy veteran Billy Tucci kept a tight-lipped stony grimace before managing to excuse himself from the show like a gentleman. Irene Strychalski inquired about possibly getting on the Simpcast herself, to preach the Comicsgate gospel of course. What ensues next is a terrible struggle as Frog visibly fights to keep his soul from leaving his body at having to listen to the brainnumbing empty prattle of the two bimbos, all to the rapt attention of Kelsey, Jon and Cecil who had an infinite supply of questions about her favorite color, what's her favorite food, what type of boys does she like, so on.
The Buddha teaches us that all suffering serves a purpose though, and so it was in this case after an hour and a half of eternity-seeming conversation as something unprecedented, something never before seen began to happen. Frog's head tilted down towards the drawing board as he actually seems to find the act of making comics a respite and an enjoyable pastime in the face of an alternative.
Truly a Comicsgate miracle.
