Regardless of what they did or didn't do, the NAZI's would have eventually found the Ark, went to that island, opened the Ark and all died. With Hutt, he has so little to no effect on CG because even a smooth brain could see that Hutt was a retarded mongoloid, so payed no attention to him other than to laugh at him. If Doug didn't go all Dark Doug with Hutt, Iconicgate would still be were they are today success wise. I imagine he's planning to sue the hamburgler rather than EVS, given one has money and the other doesn't, but truth is an absolute defense against libel so I imagine he'd have to be very specific about the allegations against CBH.

I hope he does sue, and in discovery they force him to produce all communications about EVS not only to hutt but with the other iconic comics bros. I can't imagine it would turn out very well for Ernst.

This is all likely the tip of the ice-sperg. Doug has been using Hut since January of 2019, according to Hut's video. It started out with "insider tips" and then graduated to Doug actually making edited content for him. Hut flipped on Doug Ernst so far, but has also implicated Tim and Mark in these two very gay DMs to Jon Del Arroz yesterday.

It's obvious that Preston Poulter was also "writing" for Hut, because Hut knew about the LolSuit in advance and had documentation. The problem was that he couldn't comprehend the paperwork or what was happening, or what the suit even was. So Poulter didn't really do much scripting for him.

So I'm guessing Hut was probably a mouthpiece for all of those anti-CG creeps, who wanted someone else to disseminate their shit.
