I could have sworn EVS was taking pictures with the guy that's doing the IRL harassment and mocking July for perceiving it as harassment. Rekieta started a business relationship with same guy, since he hired him to do the lighting for his stand-up show.

People forget EVS was doing the same shit back in the day against his enemies, messaging his pet retards to keep JDA "busy" with info about his father. He got lucky Ro was Canadian and things didn't escalate.

Concerning Chuck Dixon, every time I see an interview with him, he makes a point to emphasize that any comic could be someone's first comic and that's how he writes them. It doesn't get more inclusive than that.

I also don't see him confronting Rekieta or anything, he doesn't look like that kind of guy.
I think I remember friend of the thread and Dixon collaborator Matt Bahr tried to e-mail him to inform him about JDA's various "misdeeds" (back when they were feuding) and Dixon pretty much ignored him. I'd be surprised if someone like Rekieta managed to drag him into drama.

Also, does Dixon even know who the fuck Rekieta is? Most comic people and even a lot of fans of the Christopher Nolan Batman know who Dixon is and that he co-created Bane. Rekieta, not so much. Even if Dixon were to take the time to skim through one of Rekieta's streams(I highly doubt he would even do that) all he would see is just another idiot drunk with a YouTube channel who drunkenly spouts off at the mouth and doesn't know what the fuck he is talking about.

Pictures? Hell, they did a whole fucking video together. It was super gay. I dunno if there's any "collusion" going on, but I think it's beyond dispute EVS is taking advantage of the Riley situation after the fact to try and engage in some shameless self-promotion at July's expense

Thing is, I don't think it's working very well. What I'm seeing from the site at-large is that more and more people are beginning to figure out who EVS is in the course of following Masterson/Vito and Rekieta, and they're not liking what they see.

Apparently Nick is salty about all the bar complaints he gets. If you really wanted to hurt him, July would do that, not sue because my suspicion is that's what Nick wants. He wants to grift like Dax will off any lawsuit launched against him.

Yes, I was saying this long before, back when most people on here were praising them. My point is, Rackets and Frog are literally ignoring IRL harassment in order to promote grifting. Which in Frog's case isn't new.

I don't think July is petty enough to give Nick a bar complaint and has become content with just ignoring NIck, Vito, Dax, and EVS, besides they never work anyway and that would just give Nick free content. As for suing, has he expressed any interest in going after Nick? Because I don't think he has nor does he have any leverage to actually go after him. He'd have better odds on getting something on Dax and even that is very unlikely to happen

nobody really knows who Vito and Dax are so they arent even worth addressin. Nick is a washed up pervert lawyer and EVS is pissed because Eric is doing the comic book grift way better than he could ever dream of. They all want clout and Eric is paying them no mind.

I mean if you've been paying attention to Rekieta for the past few Years he's admitted in the past that the bar complaints aren't actionable unless the complaint comes from someone he's representing or is opposing council. Also the recent batch of bar complaints were thrown out a couple weeks ago if memory serves me right.

Nobody truly wants to be sued, yeah its "content" if you are a faggy Internet talk show guy buy after the 8-9th hour of paying an attorney his fees the revenue generated starts not mattering as much. The Maddox lawsuit was beneficial because Maddox hired a scam artist dog bite attorney and knocking down his arguments was like hitting a t-ball. Any more competent attorney is going to do real work and create real problems.

That's my thoughts on it. I at least appreciate your attempt to be objective to a fault. If you are this convinced of your position on this I would like you to address the rest of what I said as the "responsible voice on the farms".

I have been following this pretty closely and I haven't really seen anybody on the Farms arguing otherwise. At least insofar as the IRL portion of things goes. When it comes to the IRL shit, people seem to agree that Dick, Vito and Riley are the big bads (especially Riley), and Rekieta and EVS are more like faggy orbiters looking to grift off what they're doing.

The commonality between Rekieta and EVS here is that they're both presiding over empires in decline. What's bizarre is who EVS has chosen to hitch his horse to. Rekieta sorta makes sense because he has past history with Juju and genuinely likes the guy (not that it's any less stupid), but EVS throwing in with Dick's crew is just plain weird. I dunno who, outside of EVS's inner most echo chamber, this is meant to appeal to, or how this is suppose to help CG. It's the type of thing that makes me think that this isn't just about grifting, but that he's genuinely assblasted July has surpassed him in sales and this is his way of coping.

Well, that's the problem though, what is the culpability here? I'd argue that little stunt at the warehouse is gross and minimizes the legitimate harassment carried out. But it's all allot of slippery slopes from there. I'll settle for feeling vindicated and watching the swarm come on them all equally.
