That's probably part of what those cards are for. So doing it with the comic too wouldn't be surprising.
 
I don't think he thought through the characters beyond "this is da white lady she has da blue stuff" tier thinking. Baring that in mind I doubt he thought far enough ahead to have planned on having other people make his characters good. Its honestly better for everyone if he takes a step back from trying to actually make stuff.

This is also beta shit too. @FROG is at the kid's table talking about the mean old grown-ups who wont let him get access to that sweet sweet superberry while the adult table are too busy talking about what dumb shit Hollywood is producing that no one is going to see anyway. Whether they talk about him in private or not doesn't matter because they have the smarts to not even mention him directly on their shows to the public, creating a shrowd of ignorance and exclusion.

Ethan, if I were you, I'd focus on helping your little friends get their books above 200k, put on a decent show that doesn't involve your not-so-hidden racist agenda, and try some new material. Also, as always, put out your fucking books.

To elaborate on this a little, what Dick is opposed to is criticism of hollywood and mainstream entertainment. Its not a political stand. Its that Dick's entire life dream is to be a hollywood celebrity and he can't imagine anyone who doesn't share that dream. He is in mentality the perfect southern california degenerate idiot. Everything is about crawling on your belly trying to get that big break. You spend your life scheming to get in the door at some company any way you can.

To Dick, being critical of a hollywood company or a hollywood product is just insane. Because the whole game is to pitch to those people and get on the payroll. If you attack them, you make them hostile to you.

Vito on the other hand is just a subhuman minion. What he thinks (if anything) doesn't really count.
