Does he know that another thing that wouldn't fly in that industry (normally, assuming it were a healthy market - it isn't.) is this sort of pathetic response? Suppose you try to get a refund from real businesses, assuming the reason is legit. In that case, Amazon (only because he thinks he should compare himself to them) won't send me an email screeching about how my refund will halt the assembly line and they can't do it...
While also then just breaking down and saying you'll refund it anyway. So what was all the bullshit before that Richard? It's very feminine of him to cry and stomp his feet in an attempt to paint every one of his fans as the same, because they don't want his 2 year late book. Newsflash Zack, most of your customers who bought your books 2 years ago bought them with the hope they would get them on time, since Zack had the better of the comics turnaround. but that's not NuZack. this one wants to publically "shame" the person before finally just saying 'yeah I'll give you the refund, but you're getting the book' as if that's the opposite of what the person wanted. I'm sure they wouldn't care.
