Frog hasn't been streaming that much lately. 3 Trashcasts in the past 2 weeks and doing ever smaller numbers.
His last stream was a disaster. Got around ~100 dollars for over 3 hours streaming, of which Youtube takes 30%. So basically 23 dollars an hour. He's getting closer and closer to Mcdonald's wages.

Apparently Ethan is going back to drawing since he's realizing he can't make a living endlessly over boring Rippaverse drama, so he's promising that Reignbow the Brute will be completed by the end of this year. I have a feeling it's going to be too little too late for most.

Within the first minute and a half of the video, Moron Meyer describes Breadtube as always being wrong about the people he dislikes yet he watches them anyway. I'm actually curious about which one it is because he never names the channel.

"No Time to Kill?"
He means "No Time to Die," people didn't dislike that movie because it was "woke" (that was a side problem) but because it killed off James Bond (and as an aside, all of Spectre).
But Richard wouldn't understand that, because he killed off the Jawbreakers and has expressed interest in killing off the main characters in Rock & Roll Ninja.
I mean this idea that it's a "good movie," is insane, but I'd expect no less from a guy who pretends to like Folie a Deux and The Crow Remake.

His weird obsession with killing off characters is probably because he wants his stories(and believes stories that do that) will be more dramatic and have more meaning. The problem is that he doesn't understand that you have to earn that emotion otherwise it's just cheap.
As far as James bond, people have been invested in bond for....60? 70 years?(pls double check me) they're going to care about how he is portrayed and how his "life" and story ends. But Zack is too stupid and ignorant of the Fandom to understand this.

I feel like "kill off main characters to shock the audience," has been played out for years now, especially in comic books. In movies and TV, I think it was played out well before Game of Thrones ended. Richard though, being a retard with no taste, probably think it's this brilliant new concept in media.

It's always seemed to me that Meyer liked the idea for his own characters because it 1) allows him to not have to work on them anymore and 2) it pisses off readers who like those characters.

Remember how she was complaining that producer were seriously considering a black Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot because this time it was a character SHE liked getting race-swapped? You just know that he would complain if Nightthrasher was trooned by a hack writer. Imagine a character or two he likes coming out as trans to own the fans and him in particular. He would have been bitching for a year and a half!

Meyer detests the idea of people expressing any sort of negativity regarding controversial changes made to their favorite IPs, and I think it stems from his own experience with Jawbreakers. He seemed to think that people wanting more Jawbreakers and fewer shitty politics books was some kind of "demand" on him and he resented the fuck out of it, especially after that audience rightfully shit on him for dropping the lawsuit. That's where he got this relatively recent disdain for "culture warriors".

Which is stupid. Most comic book nerds are into superheroes. Of course that is what they would like most. That is the audience who watched his videos. There is some serious lack of situational awareness.

That happened in the past. He needs to see one of his beloved characters trooning out TODAY. It is NOW that he turned against everything he once believed in. He deserves it now.

He actually did suffer a head injury when he was getting into fights in the military (against his fellow soldiers), but based on his own comments I think he had this personality before that.

Not exactly what I mean. I mean he suffered it now. Or an early dementia or something. He is a lot like Henry VIII: already a bit crazy but an injury made him absolutely nuts. I feel that either he got sick in the head or a recent injury changed him further. It had to be within the last half a decade. He did 180 on almost every belief he had. That is not normal.
