Both characters (and their services) are portrayed very differently. However, I spoke to soon on the concept, my immediate reaction was overwhelming aggravation. I was too negative on Goodyng at this stage, since the character has time to evolve and of course Mike Baron's involvement.

Yes, true, but we are talking about Zack logic here, not Earth logic. (I better clarify, for Richard, watching girl's stuff as a guy makes you a sissy. Most of his gay insults are along those lines. Sex and the City and Emily in Paris are certainly shows aimed at women.)

As @Mr Processor said, this is Zack logic. In Zackworld, Snow White and The Wizard of Oz are not nearly century old culturally significant pieces of art which appeal to a very wide audience, they're "fairy princess" stories for little girls and adult men who talk about them outside of that context must be homosexuals.

In fairness, I'm not immune to that sort of thinking. I know if I met a guy who said he hated Lord of the Rings and loved Emily in Paris, I'd assume he was not just gay, but Nathan Lane Birdcage gay. Perhaps I would be wrong, but that's what I would think. The difference is I would just keep that thought in my pocket instead of telling YouTube how gay I suspect he is.

He has been complaining in recent videos about people, or "tourists" as Zack likes to call them, talking about comic book made before they were born. And even called attention to the fact that he rarely talks about comics made before he got into the hobby.
Taking into account that he considers the fantastic four an "outdated concept that no one today finds interesting" it wouldn't surprise if he looks down on old cinema as a whole.

Zack has a "If you weren't there, you cannot talk about it" way of seeing things.
It's not so much that he likes reading comics but what he truly loves is talking about comics with other people and the whole "vibe" of the comicbook store.
This is why he likes tik tok zoomers talking about current comics and hates anyone who makes any negative comment towards the current state of the industry.
He's a perpetual teenager.
It's like if you took /v/ and instead of hating vidya they defend everything that comes up but they still spend more time talking about it than actually doing the hobby.

No. He should stay the fuck away from here and just keep doing what he's been doing. From that, he's achieved a respectable level of success, and is inflicting the maximum amount of asshurt on those who deserve it the most (i.e. FROG).

Most of the Farms seem to see him as an okay guy now, his critics in this thread have mostly either given up or outright left, and EVS is regarded as absolute laughing stock well outside this thread. In this domain, Eric July has basically won. Against multiple lolcows (Dax, Rekieta, EVS, Vito).

He's also still not the most articulate man in the world, so there's no point in him coming here and opening his mouth, only to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
