#Comicsgate - The Culture Wars Hit The Funny Books!

It's time.

Go hard, King!

But you have to admit that they're unprofessionalism they're displaying especially after so long has at least a little to do with it as well. I mean how many episodes of trashcast has that Faggot made now? Even his most hardcore backers are starting to get bored of him crying about one man all the time and nothing else.
The unprofessional behavior is baked into what CG truly is: an extension of Ethan Van Sciver's ego. The smears, personal attacks, memes, and all that shit were fine and totally on-brand until the audience got tired of waiting years for books they paid for up front, then being asked to fund more fucking vaporware.

Ethan's latest campaign pulled in less than $200k, with under 1,000 backers. He's lost roughly 2/3 of his business in just a couple of years. The comments on all of his unfulfilled IGG campaigns are riddled with furious backers asking for refunds and apparently not getting them. There are people in the Cyberfrog 3 comments talking about reporting EVS to the NJ Better Business Bureau and some asking about legal recourse. Ethan is absolutely cooked.

The 150-200 guys still buying Zack's comics are what's left of his actual audience. His YouTube viewers are mostly hate watching but not engaging, not subscribing, and not buying his shit. The dents who buy his crap in 2025 are just 2018 mailing list paypigs still under the impression Zack is CG. Zack is completely irrelevant.

Eric July is giving his customers what they paid for and it makes Ethan's little CG empire look retarded. Ethan's entire business has shifted from making comics to seething about Eric July. The only EVS customers who are getting what they pay for are the remaining dents who give him superberries to seethe about Eric July. Zack is seething at Eric AND a bunch of successful YouTubers who don't know he exists. Pure impotent coping from both of them.

The pathetic videos and streams are just damage control. They're trying to keep the dents who are there for the coping and seething because the ones who were there for comics are done and gone.

Zack and Ethan are preaching to the choir now because the pews are fucking empty.

I bought the Ballad of No. and PANdemIC by him as someone on the outside looking in on comicsgate, to give them a fair shake. No was simple but fun, the art really shone, but it was like a 5 minute read. Pandemic was shit and the art, like everything else I have seen him produce, was pretty abysmal. I don't understand how, when he was at his peak in backers, he didn't splerg on better artists. Atleast have something to carry the book.

It took the dunce forever but I got SOME of the Comics Richard promised. No I haven't read them yet, but I will.

It's not THE RAMBO comic that he has yet to send out.

It's kinda sad, these were clearly from back when he was high on comics success. Again I will read them and report back, nothing in depth but enough to give you guys an Idea.

I am curious to what the average page count of his books are, because I remember being surprised by the size of PANdemIC imparticular, and No as well, due to the speed I read it at, def. a value problem, and the posters, while cool, aren't making up for that.

The impossible stars comics are floppys or slightly larger, the Iron sights books are more like graphic novels.

I forgot we named Bahr Leem 2.0 and man has he lived up to that. But I guess it's like the old saying goes, it's not about the journey, it's about the Leems you make a long the way.
Hahahaha stfu. Especially after the last two weeks. Tracing…. Kangaroo murder…. Now suicide videos. There’s only one Leem.

you’re a dumbfuck making posts for other dumbfucks to read.

Did he really trace it though? If he's telling the truth and its just an homage or whatever this is really really bad.

EDIT: Obligatory grave-dancing

Iron sights out of all of them felt like it was in his wheelhouse and was probably his best writing, IMO.

I wanted to like Impossible Stars but the first one seemed convoluted to me. I didn't follow up. As a sci-fi guy, that's my wheelhouse so I expect more as a reader.

The guy's a queerfag for Rob Liefeld. 'Nuff said...

What's the page count on each book?

BTW @Edgeymcedgename would you please upload pics from a page or two from the IS books?

Also, thank yours truly for sifting through all 8 hours of the Killstream Mersh festival just so i could archive these clips of Ralph nuking EVS. No commentary by me is necessary.
