Trashcast is OVER?? Eric July Won?! (Feb 11, 2026)
Post | Archive

Just got done reading this today:

(2018) One Dirty Tree.jpg

It's an autobiographical graphic novel by EVS's younger brother Noah. I think I remember somebody mentioning it earlier in the thread, but I never read it up until recently. It doesn't talk about Uncle E that much, but it does explain quite a bit about why he is the way he is (and also that Cyberfrog has been an obsession of his since he was teenager). His childhood was essentially a more depressing and Mormon version of the Loud House.
  • grew up in an overcrowded home with eight siblings (there were nine but the eldest moved out at eighteen) with an abusive bi-polar father who barely worked (or didn't work at all) and a stay-at-home mom who eventually had to start working to pay the bills
  • House was constantly filth, with mold, holes in the ceiling, the bathtub doubling as a sink to wash all the dishes, and hardwood floors so rotten and shredded he and his siblings occasionally got splinters in their feet
  • Ethan's bedroom was shared with another brother in the attic, and he would do nothing but draw, read comics, and listen to Depeche Mode all day
  • They were poor because Harvey was the only person working and didn't earn a lot, so they could barely afford groceries at times
  • Ethan's younger brother Noah would literally look over his shoulder on his way from school because he didn't want other kids to know he lived there
  • Their dad, because he was bi-polar, lost his temper easily and would beat his kids or have outbursts over frivolous things, and eventually just abandoned his family and was never heard from again
The thing that stood out the most for me is that their dad, Harvey, passed on some of his odd habits to Ethan, like constantly procrastinating and starting big projects that he would always abandon and never finish. Harvey apparently planned to write some Mormon epic that never came to fruition, along with several house renovations he never saw through. It was a surprisingly good read.

Interesting, dose this mean the Comicsgate video is coming up?

Behold Evan! The God Emperor of CG, the man who killed a movement and his minion Richard. You know it's hilarious how these two spiraled for essentially no reason. EVS cratered CG until it was just a tiny cult and now he's forced to A-log EJ for superchats. Richard was basically the voice of a chunk of the comic buying audience and could have been on Rogan until he pissed that away. Now he operates a dead channel and jealously obsesses over Eric July.

@MikeyNohMore Wow.....That definitely explains why he is the way he is. I still don't like him as a person, and I think he's a thief and a fraud, a narcissist and a liar who is in desperate need of an ass beating....but I do feel kinda sorry for him now.

They BOTH are losers who could have been somebody but now they're nobody's. Not even A-logging EJ is benefiting either of them now.

Ethan was a someone with a huge name and he still blew it out his cloaca. Then he ate a table.

Meyer is now officially under 88K subs. It has slowed noticeably, but we are looking heading to below 85K by the end of this year if he keeps having his bipolar spergouts. Normally such an extended bleed in subscribers would be a cause for self-reflection but Meyer is probably celebrating that he purged more of the non-believers

Trashcast is OVER?? Eric July Won?! (Feb 11, 2026)
Dark times ahead for fatboy. He actually has to finish the comics people paid him for

That's just his way of saying Eric July won, he will never admit he did all this for nothing or that it came back to bite him in the end. He didn't stop because he got bored, he stopped because HE was becoming a target now because of it. 😏 He'll be back....as soon as the heat on him dies down enough, he'll be back and so will Trashcast.

No one even wants him now. Not even DC comics. That's how much of a bad person he is. 😏
Where’s My Frog Book Ethan it’s been 3 years(I think) since the promise.
Hate to say it but.....odds are you are not getting it. The man is WAY behind on his projects, and considering he can't give refunds anymore he's dirt broke.
