I'm pretty sure I saw a series of tweets where he confirms that Yungbluth was being reported to the FBI. What you posted is almost word for word.

@H3R0N1K I get you have some kind of vendetta against EVS but please post anything that isn't:
  1. Out of context
  2. Public knowledge
  3. Cryptic
Add some context if you know what the hell is happening that we cant tell by ourselves. If I was EVS I wouldn't even feel nervous about you leaking DMs considering what and how you're dropping your leaks.

Also why does this one have no date? and is it just me or does the writing look less bold and more like the fake @damian made when compared to the other CG chatroom leaks

There's one screen cap that looks bad if you don't understand that Ethan trademarked and claimed ownership of the name in order to protect the community from being involuntarily associated with Vox Day. Thats how they prevented him from doing anything with the name. It was a smart move, and I would tell any dipshit creators to get over it.

@emspex said he's legit and I trust her. So far he's supplied weak stuff which makes me believe he doesn't have anything spicy enough for our tastes.
 
What I'll say is that @H3R0N1K did not take these screenshots himself, they were leaked to him at different times, by different people. I confirmed it with one of those people. I will also say that stringing this along with random shots is getting tiresome, and he should just drop everything he has.

So he's verified as being some dude who gets random shit from a bunch of utter morons, identities unknown, teases like a little bitch, and this justifies a Verified tag?

This is more public info we already knew. Doyle released on Twitter that EVS has a foreclosure. EVS got on a live stream to say that after his divorce, he had a house that was upside down. He got in a long distance relationship with Andrea, she got pregnant, he wanted to move closer to her. He was advised by accountants or whatever to just drop the house, which he did. That's it. We knew this.
 
What I want to see is where is this EVS "scam" thing coming from. Is it only a "scam" in the dumb sense Yungbluth uses it where "WELL, MARVEL TOLD YOU THAT THEY WON'T LISTEN SO EVERYONE SHOULD SHUT UP AND GO AWAY" counts as a scam or "racket"?
