I understand he is upset but you can't constantly browse and depend on the revelations of Kiwifarms while simultaneously holding some double standard position that doxing is bad.
With his current track he is on today he is likely to lose his cool and say something here soon that could get his account suspended temporarily. My prediction is him sperging out when he is actually doxed finally.

TUG seemed to have a moment where he took a step back here and acknowledged that he is actually stirring shit up worse...
Later he went on to try to claim he was "off and on twitter all day" when he was obviously sitting on twitter nonstop for hours today and searching all the Kick Vic's and Anti Comics Gater's twitters for his next topic to sperg about. Him trying to claim he was off and on all day seems like a joke since he had tweets they just made earlier cropped and ready to go every 40 minutes to an hour on the dot.
Finally after the dust has settled and most of his opponents hav likely closed the browser for the night, TUG has his moment where he finally admits he got out of hand.
Just for clarification Tug in case you read this: I don't care what side you are on or your purpose. I will archive people being exceptional just for shits and giggles. Clean up your shit and don't act stupid and at least try to curb that that throng of exceptionals in your twitter comments by setting a positive example. If not you may cause more harm than good to Vic due to your own ignorance and how shameful would that be if you hurt his casein any way because of your own pigheadedness and not knowing when to shut the fuck up?

I can only guess that he is under the impression that if he stomps around on twitter hard enough and makes a fool of himself he will some how prevent them from releasing it for everybody to see? I really don't know what he is trying to accomplish here. Whatever it is, figured I would archive him for a change so it's here forever. Wouldn't want him getting a level head in a day or two when he's calmed down and deleting all this to act like it never happened.

I think Zaid sucks more money out of Waid's dumb ass with a doomed TCPA motion and then it settles after they lose that, too.
I could actually see Meyer's counsel just going directly for a motion for summary judgment asking for a ruling in Meyer's favor immediately without even going to trial. It looks like the evidence in favor is overwhelming and undisputed.
Just to emphasize how fucking bad for Waid this is, this is with just minimal discovery on the limited issue of jurisdiction. More discovery would just get even more information.
Also, Meyer could file just a limited SJ motion on the TI claim because that's just really increasingly looking like a no-brainer, and then go to trial on the defamation. So Waid could lose huge on the TI claim and then still be looking down the barrel of an entirely separate trial where he could lose even more on defamation.
