True, he can't prove it was over internet drama. Could have been dumb teens or something just breaking shit. But if it was over Comicsgate or Weeb Wars, good job on committing a felony over internet beef with a guy you don't actually know. Damn, that's a shitty looking mailbox though.

His mailbox is a plastic piece of shit. He claims he was in the back yard bro why wouldnt a plastic mailbox be cracked if someone hit it with a bat? Plus they would have damaged their bat on the metal rod next to the box.

I think the wind did it and TUG is sperging again. No one has shared his address. I -seriously- doubt anyone from comics would do anything like this.

I pity the police officer who has to listen to his conspiracy theory that Renfamous got someone to knock over a plastic box without damaging it.

I'd love to give TUG the benefit of the doubt, but this doesn't look great for him. I'll have absolutely NO respect for him if this turns out to be more shit just to get attention. I thought the point of being against "ze SJWs" is to not look as retarded as them.

He has done some good stuff in regards to promoting Vic in the Weeb War stuff, but I think his constant drama whoring has become terminal. Internet likes do not translate to real world accomplishments, Mr. Umbrella.

The pole is not quite at tall as the post + box. Also the box would stick out forward more and they may have aimed only for the front part. Or, they could have hit both and we may not know.

The box broke away at its attachments if it had any which are not visible and the tape. Mail boxes are made to better survive this stuff these days, so most likely it failed at the jury rigged attachment.

The police have looked at it. They've likely seen their share of them. It's a crime to file a false report and I don't think TUG is that dumb. Or if you're cynical, he's got his hands full with the new kid on the way and could work that and the dox alone for attention adding this in now would just be dumb and a waste of drama opportunity.

The problem with Comicsgate not having a leader or some sort of official structure is that literally anyone can come in, say they’re Comicsgate, and pull some bullshit. I could start up a twitter tomorrow claiming I’m Comicsgate and promoting my book “Jewkiller.” Some idiot could slice a girl’s head off and say he did it because of Comicsgate. And there’s nobody who can say that isn’t what Comicsgate stands for because me or that lunatic theoretically have just as much of a say in what Comicsgate means as anybody else does. And anybody looking to smear Comicsgate will be able to point at those examples as proof that Comicsgate is evil.

haven't kept up with comicsgate in a while but Doug and EVS' pissing match got be to check it out, god its going to hell in a hand basket
though weirdly from what I have seen I don't think anyone has realized why the shit like fem Thor happened other then political biases, or at least ever brought up my theory
its all about the MCU and money, theres only so many characters that will hit hard upon establishment that marvel has. Comic books are just IP farms for the big two at this point and everyone knows this. The reason for creating these replacements are two fold, 1. so they can add new characters in the MCU to replace the older versions of Iron man, Cap ect. since unlike comic books actors actually die and 2. as an unintended benefit, if they make their replacements """"Marginised People"""" they will get claps from Hollywood. all of this is to get more money and comics to be seen as a big player in media. but that might be because I haven't really read too many comics.

I don't know who this uploader is but based on the video title and description it feels like the creator is trying to use Kiwifarms as his personal army which is hilariously autistic. I mean buddy if you think EVS is a cow because he's a nerd who will cry over a comic book cover start a thread on the Proving Ground lol.

The thing is even though Ethan is a massive nerd, there is nothing really cowish about him compared to actual lolcows on this site. Sperging out over comics has made him a ton of money and it makes sense for him to keep the drama going.

I was thinking about the Cyberfrog chromium cover going out to to OG backers of the project and I came across these.
These books were printed in 1993, the covers are amazing. Going the route for cyberfrog is genius because the material lasts forever.

Yanno, if these doorknobs -EVS, Doug TenNapel, Mike S. Miller, etc- just kept their mouths shut and heads down to work on comics, instead of getting into asinine slapfights, none of this would have ever happened. Instead they just proved they're no different from the anti-CG crowd by engaging in purity tests, ideological warfare, and gay ops galore. Now the movement, as it is right now, is imploding on itself. Incredible, but not at all surprising.

The only people I can see making it out of this mess unscathed are Zack (who wisely got the hell off of Twitter) and maybe Mitch and Bettie Bretweiser. Other than that, I can't think of anyone else who's going to come out of this with good optics when the dust settles.

On a side note, wasn't one of Interplay's stipulations for TenNapel to do the EWJ comics was not to get involved with crazy internet shenanigans? Even if he had one of the most successful crowdfunding projects for a comic book in recent history, I'd imagine he's probably walking on a very thin tightrope with Interplay right now, which is why he scrubbed his social media... again.
