Doug thinks "the rainbow" is "the enemy of all Christians in media" and that by asking ComicsGater pros to keep criticism of LGBTQ shit on mute for the sake of selling more comics to the largest possible audience, I'm representing ComicsGate as anti-Christian. He says that when I criticized Mike S. Miller's "Pride is a Sin" tweet, it "made his skin crawl."
Doug went on a crusade against ComicsGate as "an anti Christian rainbow coalition" after that, and upset a lot of my Christian fans, who requested refunds.
Since then, apparently Doug is scrubbing some of those comments he made, which I find peculiar since they were extremely recent, when he must have been under contract for EWJ already, etc.
I'm Christian myself, incidentally. I don't want Doug fired at all. I'd like him to stop crusading against the people who helped position him where he is now, though.

You replied to Mike Miller's "Pride is a Sin" a WEEK after he posted it and made it a BIG thing that everyone had to weigh in on. Why did you do this? There was no reason to, especially since whatever incredibly minor kerfuffle it caused had long died down.
It seems like you blew up Mike's tweet in order to needle Doug. You suddenly got the idea when it looked like Earthworm Jim was going to pass Cyberfrog. You scrambled for something not-so-obvious to trap Doug with. You knew talk of LGBT stuff and "Where comicsgate fell" on the issue could rankle Doug. You wanted him to trip up and make an anti-gay statement so that IGG would deplatfrom his campaign before it outgrossed yours. You even posted tweets asking Doug questions like "Is Earthworm Jim pro-gay or anti-gay?" just to try to get Doug to say something stupid. Nothing really tripped him up, so you kept getting more and more and more obvious about what your goal is: to get Doug to trip up on LGBT stuff so he can be deplatformed.
This is transparent. It goes along well with your Mr Innocent routine about "I-I'm just askin' questions, guys! I-I don't know, IS Earthworm Jim a homophobe? Is Doug TenNapel a transphobe? I-I'm just askin'!"
You know what you're doing. Every day more and more people can see it. Doug left and stopped wanting anything to do with you and your sycophants. You increased your harassment of him on his way out, and have kept at it to this day. You spent most of Pride Month trying to goad Doug into deplatforming himself in response to your needling, and then you have the nerve to play the victim when he didn't give you a shout out at Comic Con?
You're a sociopath. You spend months harassing someone for their religious beliefs in order to trick them into losing funding for their book, and then you have the nerve to drum up further harassment of them when they don't THANK YOU?
Doug had already dedicated Bigfoot Bill to you. But on the inside cover he also thanked two OTHER people, so that was something else for you to sperg out about. How DARE he have thanked someone ELSE besides YOU?
